Spikes Tactical Punisher Black Open Stripped Lower Receiver

One of the holes wasn’t cleared properly. Had to find ways to clean it up or else the pin wouldn’t go in.

Looks great, but the integral trigger guard is uncomfortable, as it has a prominent edge where it meets the grip. It will get paired up with whatever upper I’m *not* shooting at the moment.

Everything was as described and shown except that the lower I received had a solid trigger guard. I'm not complaining as it was one less part to install, it makes for a stronger more ridged lower, and living in California, I have absolutely no need to operate my firearm while wearing super thick winter gloves. Although the design does leave plenty of room to do so. Parts kit and upper installed without any problems.

I used this on my first AR build and fitment was spot on I had no issues mating it with a PSA 11.5” with 10.5” lightweight M-Lok MOE EPT SBA3 Pistol kit. Lower parts fit in perfectly. Looks killer w/ punisher logo waiting on optics to come in to go to the range and try it out.

Deep roll marks accept paint easily if you desire. Also has a low shelf. Fit & finish are good, Spikes makes a high quality lower and Sportsmans keeps them stocked.

I got exactly what I paid for, looks just like the picture. Note: The Punisher logo is engraved, not painted. It is subtle, doesn't stand out. I have not built anything out of it yet so I can't comment on its performance.

Good quality lower. Lower parts went in without any issues. I did have to use an Accu wedge with the upper I built. It’s not a big deal I haven’t swapped any other uppers onto it to see. But I’m 99.9% sure it’s the upper. I put a hundred rounds of .556 through it 2 days ago. No problems at all. It was a good finish to a fun build.

First thing I'd point out is that the lowers I received had the trigger guard, whereas the pic indicates triggerguard free. Overall, nothing to complain about for $110 receiver. Happy they had it in stock 'cause obviously these are hard to find these days. And if youre turned off by the punisher logo/skull engraving- it's noticeable, but not that garish.
