2 years agoCheaply made, low quality, NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I shot 40 rounds through the firearm and the gold on the barrel wore off and looks ridiculous. I've put 600+ rounds through my Kimber with gold barrel and not a single issue with the finish. Contacted Sig, they said they would do nothing about it as it is the wear they would expect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

2 years agoThe coating on the barrel is worn to the metal after less than a dozen lubricated dry fires. The coating is more like spray paint. Sig should be ashamed.

2 years agoWas super excited to finally get my hands on the P320 XCarry SPECTRE with Gold finish. The gun looks and feels great, but after further inspection the finish on the barrel is already showing major wear on the hood and I just picked it up brand new from my FFL. It’s disappointing to spend this kind of money on a Sig product and before you fire a round it already looks like 500 rds been fire through it.

1 year agotakedown switch was an absolute pain to use, slide is tough to rack, everyround I shot was a FTE at the range, 115gr range ammo and HST carry ammo.. Gun is beautiful and I want nothing more than for this gun to just work so it can be a new EDC for me but right now, I will stick with my 500$ glocks...

1 year agoI bought this gun brand new from my local gun shop here in Katy Texas. I have the say after a few magazine the barrel is already scratching and the top end fading. Really?! I spent a week of my hard earn money and saving each time for this? I’m sure we all get a anemic “we’re so sorry…” response but who am I right? The function of it is flawless the weight is good for carry and the sights are really good but in all honesty the barrel coating isn’t worth it at all. I’m sure they’ll fix that issue

1 year agoSig nailed it on the Spectre series! I'm glad the X Carry is back in the current product offerings...and equally glad it's packed with some good upgrades. While some could argue the "value" of such things, I personally feel it's the best P320 I own. The laser stippling on the grip module is perfect...not too aggressive, but unique and just right! The TiN coating on the barrel and trigger is a nice finishing touch with both function and aesthetics. Finally the X cuts on the slide give it just the

1 year agoI recently purchased the sig P320 XCarry Spectre . I’ve got approximately 300 rounds in the gun. This version of the P320 is the best shooting pistol I’ve ever held in my hand. I own H&K and Kimbers to name a few. This particular p320 is the smoothest silkiest smooth like butter shooting gun I own. This gun is what I was expecting and more. With the Romeo pro red dot it’s also great shooting at the range, and I’ll also use it in my EDC rotation. This gun can be used to do it all including home defense competition shooting etc. Great job on this one Sig, Smooth.

1 year agoI purchased my 320 specter and so far has shot smoothly even in sub zero weather. I would put it up against my 229 legion any day.. good job custome shop.

1 year agoThis pistol is the bees knees. Trigger action is short and smooth. The barrel does get scratched a bit under use but A LOT of slides do wether gold or not.. Beyond that the gold will show more dirt and grime after use as well but I clean after every use anyway. Not to mention the gun is a tool it’s not meant to stay in perfect shape anyway when u use it like the tool it is so get over it. Perfect for EDC very comfortable although a tad heavy the weight doesn’t show as much in waste band.the grip

1 year agoI bought this for my husband, and I’m probably going to get one for myself. We both love this gun! Fits perfectly in the hand, smooth trigger, no real kickback… I’m not disappointed about the gold wear as the gun isn’t for show.

1 year agoI got this firearm and have to say it has quickly become my favorite. Trigger is crisp and the grip feels amazing. The gold looks great compared against the black and isn't overwhelming. First time shooting was able to hit consistent bulls eyes without even trying.

1 year agoJust got this last week and I love it dont let the one stars fool you yes the gold barrel wears off but oh well, throwing a gold true precision threaded barrel on it anyways. Amazing gun must have for the sig collection

1 year agoWhen i went to a gun show and grab the new SIG P320 X Carry Spectre i was amazed with the look and finish of this gun. Became my favorite gun, I know there’s a lot of people complaining about the gold finish and personally didn’t like that plastic case that came with, I bought a Negrini case.

1 year agoCan't express how much I love shooting this gun. It's has the feel of a full size but is light and capable of CCW. Love the sights and the gold barrel. I can understand how some people have rated this low because the barrel finish wears, but IMO that just adds to the patina. Plus all of these parts are easily interchangeable so if it really bothers you then you can swap it for a different barrel at a later date.

1 year agoPicked this up about a month ago from this review, no issues to this point, everything runs buttery smooth & lets be honest it just looks badass especially with the Romeo 1 Pro mounted to it, the only knock I would give it would be that the standard Romeo 1 isn’t compatible. Highly recommend this gun

1 year agoSig did a great job with this gun. The trigger is fantastic, the x pattern on the grips makes it very easy to get a good grip.I was concerned about the reviews I seen concerning the finish on the barrel wearing off, every gun barrel’s finish wears and I found that if you keep the barrel clean and Lubricated you will have very Minimal wear. This is the first sig I purchased and I can say it won’t be my last! I love shooting this gun. I have a large collection of guns and this gun is by far

1 year agoI got the distressed model without the Fold accents just to avoid the gold wearing off. Really like the gold but didn't want the wear issue.

1 year agoAmazing gun. I have many pistols, this one is the best. People saying the finish of the barrel wears off. I have 1k rounds through mine and it is fine. Exceptional trigger. Fast, flat shooting pistol. The iron sights are among the best I’ve used. Highly recommend.

1 year agoAs the title says, I started off with the X Compact. It has become my EDC. The Leupold Delta Point Pro mounts directly and securely to the slide. I have both the Delta Point and Trijicon RMR. I prefer the Delta Point but, that is another review in itself. Like others, I don't care for the cheesy gold parts on this gun. So, I purchased a X Carry Grip and three 17 round magazines to convert my Compact to a Carry. That is a great thing about the P320 platform; modularity. I have upgraded

1 year agoI see a lot of people complaining about the gold finish wearing off the barrel, but this is a tool and very effective and reliable one at that. It is not rare artifact. It’s meant to save your life. The failures everyone is talking about is due to limp wristing and poor grip.
