1 year agoThese buckshot are a lot faster than any on the market. They pattern very well out of my benelli sbe out to 60 yards with 20" patterns.

1 year agoI use the 12 Gauge 00 Buckshot loads when hunting porcupine and the loads have never misfired. I always had to use one shot. No more. The only problem that I had is that the brass on the base of the shell expands too much to the point where I can not eject the shell out of my gun. I have to take my cleaning rod and push the shell out of my chamber.

1 year agoAbsolutely the best! My old 2 3/4 1100 throws them tight. We hunt with dogs and in quite a bit of thick woods and cut over. I won't shoot anything else.

1 year agolast hunting season purchased 2 boxes of 3.5" oo buckshot to compare to what i usually use. sitting there one day i see a huge doe walking in the distance, i raised my remington 1187 supermag and squeezed the trigger twice. watching her walk away from me after i shot,i start to question my self did i hit it? then about 20 yards she drops like brick yeah i got the deer!! it was an 75yrd shot these shells kept a tight patteren and had a loud kaboom!! lets say i will be switching over from my previous brand (federal)

1 year agoGreat load for whatever you need. Great patterns and excellent performance. The recoil is high but that is because the shell is fully loaded to its maximum load. With 00 Buckshot I dropped a fox flat in its tracks and it did not even move. The holes that the pellets make are big as well. 00 Buckshot has 12 Pellets in the 2 3/4 inch load. I ahve never tried to the 3 inch loads. The 2 3/4nch kicked hard enough. Also The power that they have is incredible. Massave Damage.

1 year agoI experimented with several OO Buck shells. I wanted to determine what would be best for home defense. After considerable reading the choices were narrowed to three. Don't bother with the 3 inch loads. Use this. I found no real advantage to the magnum loads and learned that many of them have exactly the same powder charge as standard lengths. I had no misfires and no jams in my testing. I literally used my daddy's shotgun, a Mossberg 500, and ran the rounds through as fast as I could jack them in. Using the high visibility targets at 20 feet I discovered that a rifled barrel does indeed significantly expand the shot at close range as opposed to the smooth bore which holds it in the cup much longer. Given that the whole idea behind the Taurus Judge is to cause a rapid spread of shot for wider coverage at close range, by using a rifled barrel and a .410 shell, the same principle should apply to a 12 ga. It does. There was no difference at all in pattern size between these standard length shells and the mags. Save your money and buy these instead. By the way, I own a Judge which is much easier to carry concealed than the Mossberg. Each has a legitimate use.

1 year agothrows it out there but doesn't pattern well in my benelli with screw in full choke. may shoot better in a shotgun with a set full choke barrel. remington 3 inch unplated seem to be the best thing i've tried so far.

1 year agoI use the 3 1/2 Buckshot. I use it in my Xtrema2 and 1187 and both pattern great. It does kick harder than other 3 1/2 shells. This ammo allows you to shoot further with greater force. I have shot both coyotes and deer with this ammo; often with one shot at 40-50 yards. It is expensive, but I feel it is worth the money.

1 year agoI've shot all the way through a young doe side-to-side and almost through a 3 yr old buck quartering to me with this shell. Speed kills!

1 year agoCoyote hunting, the Winchester Supreme preformed perfectly, great patterns, effective knock down power.

1 year agoThis shot is great used it the last 3 seasons. Shot 5 bucks at 20 to 40 yrds one shot kills with the 3 1/2 00.

1 year agoGreat shot shells. Clean burning powder does not leave much residue and there's plenty of power for deer using the 3 1/2 inch shot shells.

1 year agoIf this is used under the conditions which it favors (reasonable distance, and maybe reasonable brush) it is a show stopper. It's as good as any, and better then a lot of others.

1 year agoI hunt coyotes and I tried different brands of 00 buckshot and found that the Winchester supreme high-velocity copper plated 00 buckshot are best for me with my 935 Mossberg I have hit some at 90 yards and stopped them in their tracks.

1 year agoI've used this on beavers and coyotes out to 70 yards; they go down and do not get back up. I've shot this out of a benelli super black eagle with the 3.5" and H&R Pardner single shot with the 3". Good tight patterns out of both guns. Noticable difference compared to other buck shot loads. As soon as I can find some, I will be the one buying them out!

1 year agoI have killed a lot of deer with these shells. Last one was 75 yards. Hit it with 5 pellets out of 12. Remington 1187 full choke.
