With the same 3-1/2 inches chambers of the swamp magnum, the reaper is built to slay turkeys, offering what single barrel turkey guns cannot, this magnum shotgun allows a hunter to equip two vastly different chokes, allowing the choice of short range or long range constriction with the flip of the barrel selector switch. Shorter 26 inches barrels make it more maneuverable in the woods or blind, while the top picatinny-style rail makes adding an optic easy as can be. Polymer stocks clad in camo help it blend in, and adding a sling is simplified with QD swivels front and back. The reaper magnum ships with five extended interchangeable chokes, including an extra full.

1 year agoSo far so good, haven’t shot it yet, did put a red dot scope on it , the range at my club has been closed due to the virus. Will pattern it as soon as the range opens.

1 year agoThe CZ Reaper Magnum shoots great accurate well out to 60 yards with 3" turkey loads and even better with the 3.5". The action is a little stiff opening and closing, but 50 or so rounds through it and a little bit of lube it gets much better. The ejectors work very well and sling the hills easily clear of the gun. I would highly recommend this O/U especially for the price point.

1 year agoGreat gun! I’m using a Primos tss jelly head with Federal tss #9 in the top barrel for 35 and out! 30 yards and in I’m using a full choke with Federal 3rd degree ammo! Can’t wait for the season!!!

1 year agoSeveral hundred rounds through. Two light strikes on under, fired on reload. Mounted Vortex AMG UH-1 GEN II HOLOGRAPHIC SIGHT on it and all my friends said it was like cheating busting clay birds.

1 year agoWhen we first unboxed this gun, I was skeptical on whether or not I made the right buy because the gun was just hard to break apart. Was extremely stiff at the break. Anyway, I took the gun totally apart once home and cleaned it with solvent to get the factory grease off. I then oiled it and worked the break action over and over until it worked in. After adding a red dot scope and taking several shots out of it to pattern, the action became even smoother. Long story short, I

1 year agoLove this gun…spent six months doing research about an over/under for turkey hunting. The gun comes with a rail, so I put a Vortex venom on the gun. Being honest, I was between the Browning and the CZ. Of course, seems unfair comparing $2500 gun to $1000 gun. For me, CZ won out. It features I wanted and $1500 bucks cheaper. Season opens Apr 15th….ole Tom better
