The Rhino revolver design features a lower bore axis compared to other revolvers. This means the barrel is directly in line with the shooters hand, wrist and arm. This results in almost no muzzle rise and because energy is better absorbed and controlled by the entire arm, it reduces the amount of recoil felt by the shooter. In addition, the alignment also gives the shooter a more natural point of aim. Shoot it and feel the difference!

1 year agoIt is an interesting firearm. Yes, what is claimed about recoil management being better is true. I enjoy shooting mine.

1 year agoI have this gun as well as a Smith and Wesson M&P R8. I would choose to shoot the Chiappa first every time. It has the least kick back of any. 357 that I have ever shot.

1 year agoHad to wait forever to get one in stock bUt aFter a long while I got oNe. Super SmoOth. Only DISCREPANCY I have is that in the description it says it comes with 3 moon clips. Mine came with none at all. But aside from that, beSt revolver around.

1 year agoUgly little thing...But I love it. The recoil is much different than a traditional revolver. 357 magnums still have the recoil but it is transferred to you nearly straight back instead of twisting your wrist. Hard to explain but very enjoyable in a "smallish" revolver. Guns.com made the transaction so simple I may start buying too many to...Read More Read more about review stating Chiappa 30DS

1 year agoThe service was awesome and fast ! Gun.com had the best price out of everywhere I looked . Love my rhino ! Shoots like a dream and that trigger pull is so smooth it’s delightful and no kind of recoil . Just dead on target ! Light and well made . Have no complains at all . Had to adjust my shooting style because of the barrel in the bottom but noth...Read More Read more about review stating Worth every penny !!!!

1 year agoThis is a Unique revolver. The fit and finish is 2nd to none. I love it. You need heft to the revolver if you are shooting .357 magnums. And therefore the gun is heavy enough to help with felt recoil. Additionally it unique design helps in felt recoil and controlling any shake or movement ensuring your shots are on target! I love this revolver!

1 year agoI absolutely love it. The trigger is so smooth and light compared to other double action revolvers. I haven’t had a chance to shoot it yet but I’m sure I’m going to like it. Just get it. You won’t regret it.

1 year agoThis review is for the Chiappa Rhino 30DS .357mag. I ordered on a Monday and picked it up Thursday. Service is always great through Guns.com . I have been looking at Rhinos for awhile and I'm sure glad I finally pulled the trigger(bad pun intended). I shot .38+p and .357 124gr with little to no barrel rise. Just as advertised. Went through about a...Read More Read more about review stating Chiappa Rhino 30DS .357/.38+p.

1 year agoThis is a distinctive revolver that may or may not appeal to everyone. First impression is that it is well made and from my experience feels comfortable in the hand. It’s unusual lower mount barrel makes for a positive and very controlled shooting experience. A pleasure to use. One caveat is that the lower positioned barrel requires that you ...Read More Read more about review stating Chiappa Rhino 30

1 year agoPowerful Rhino 30ds 357 with a unique look. Barrel on the bottom sends energy into the hand verses upward and out. It's a tank for sure

1 year agoHad the be the absolute most fun I've had with a handgun, shot only in .38 special so far so still have to shoot .357 magnum but it feels great in the hand! And its stylish, also fireballs :)

1 year agoThis is a cool revolver! It's well built and very unique. Lighter than it looks, since the frame is aluminum.
