API Pistol Ammunition .22 TCM 40 grain Jacketed Hollow Point .22 TCM Inspired to create more power in a smaller caliber, Armscor President Martin Tuason and master gunsmith Fred Craig developed the .22 TCM (Tuason Craig Magnum). The two took a .223 bullet and shoved it into a 9mm case to make a hot caliber that gives you 2,100 feet per second from a 40 grain bullet from a 1911.

1 year agoLast weekend I fired 50 rounds of the New TCM 22. It was a blast, (pardon the pun). The recoil was that of a 22 LR, no more no less. It was every bit as much fun as shooting a 22 LR pistol. I experienced no misfires or jams. I highly recommend this cartridge for the ultimate shooting experience.

1 year agoI did not expect the quality and accuracy of this product at this price range, lowest price I found locally, highly recommended!

1 year agoThis 22 TCM ammo from Armscor works well [with nary a blip] in my 1911 from Rock Island Armory. I am rather happy that my local Cabela's stocks this caliber as it is fairly new and unique...I'm also pleased that the price is reasonable. That's a win/win in my book [great ammo, in-stock & priced right!]. Keep up the great work Cabela's!

1 year agoThis is very good ammo. I really enjoy shoothing my 1911 that shoots this ammo. It is accurate. I reload also so I use these cases over & over. Armscor really knows what they are doing.

1 year agoIf you have not tried a 22tcm 1911 you should 2000fps out of a 5in barrel wow Rock Island Armscor is great

1 year agoGood ammo. Not too many choices for this caliber. I think cabelas prices are a little high for this ammo.

1 year agoThey need better quality control with this ammo, one box works perfect and the next will jam (fail to extract) every time. I really like the gun. I bought 4 boxes of ammo with one box jamming 90% of the time and the other three with only two jams. Hopefully they will correct this. I only recommend this because you don't have any other choice if you want to shoot this gun.

1 year agoTo MoS:. Are you using he RIA 1911 combo? RE: 9mm/TCM22 version? If so, maybe could be the recoil spring, extractor or proper cleaning. I have the 1911 FS A1 and never had any problems using the TCM22's. When I change the barrel from 9mm to the TCM22, I get a kick out of the person next to me next to me at the range. Talk about a person flinching when the TCM22 goes off. Wow j@r

1 year agoJust received my order and all were nickel coated. What a surprise. Very happy. Plan on reloading these so the nickel brass will be a benefit. Armscor states, "Easy cleaning, Easy loading, and better EXTRACTION in your TCM and TCM9R firearms!" I will be back for more. Thanks Cabela's.

1 year agoWhen I purchased this ammo, it was listed at a decent price. But, there was also a sale if you used your Cabela card and free shipping. Excellent deal. This is a fun round to shoot.

1 year agoThis high power round is so fun to shoot. It is amazing how fast the bullet goes without much recoil. I wished there were more platforms that shot this round.

1 year agoGreat ammo, too hard to find. Armscor needs to make more ammo available. Not interested in the 39 grain 9R version, only the 40 grain.
