1 year agoGreat gun, very accurate right out of the box. Just needs to come with more than 1 Mag is my only gripe.

1 year agoOverall a very nice pistol. But a couple of issues theat i knew before buying and not manufacture issue. 1. It is very picky on .22 rounds really need to follow the minimum FPS suggested by ATI 2. The extra screw to remove in order to remove the slide. I could see the allen screw starting to wear from the times i removed and put back on in order to clean. Will purchase a conversion where yhe screw is not needed at all.

1 year agoFeels like a full size 45cal 1911. Only thing I didnt like it was advertised with bottom rail and faux suppressor but it wasnt like that when i got it.

1 year agoI like the gun it functions better than expected actually very good. It is accurate but the only drawback is it shoots high of the point of aim, it comes with several front inserts, but none are tall enough to correct. The mags work good and well made. The price is great and I would by again, Sportsmans is the best deal.

1 year agoTo be fair, I have not had the chance to fire it as of yet. Ranges are closed to non-members due to Covid. I have gone through this gun though and am very pleased with its weight and action. It is a bit on the heavier side, which is fine by me as it feels firm in the grip. The parts appear well machined and assembled. Can't wait to get out to the range.

1 year agoMy first 1911 style pistol. I love the weight and balance of the pistol. The sighting is excellent. Great built gun at a real good price.

1 year agoI bought the pistol to be able to practice IPSC style shooting without the cost of standard .45 ammunition. I found that GSG pistol to be close to the same weight as my standard 1911. When shooting I noted that the trigger was close to the 5 lb. as advertised. It breaks clean with little creep. The sights are very similar to a standard 1911. For accuracy, I fired off sandbags at 18 yards, which is a slightly long distance for our local IPSC matches, but is close to the 50 ft. which is

1 year agoTook a few mags to get used to it. Once dialed in, it is very smooth. Cycled 200 rds with multiple ammo and only 2 ftf’s. Cans were set up on a big gravel bank and I was hitting them as they were rolling. A couple mags, getting sight pic dialed in, shoots like butter.

1 year agoSo first and only negative, only came with 1 magazine. Not knocking a star though because it’s a very well made magazine and I purchased an identical 2nd for only $23. The pistol is finished well, I had no issues with 3 different ammo types. The sights were off for me but will get dialed in since it comes with extra sights. Easy to shoot and feels amazing. Very pleased with my purchase and will be buying a 2nd for sure.

1 year agoI really like how it feels. Very easy to shoot and accurate. I used norma, aguila, federal and remington 22lr without problems. I like the Brown one coz the writings does not pop like on the black one. It would be nice if they included more dummy rounds.
