The Montefeltro is the backbone of Benelli’s upland and clay target shotgun line and features the company’s simple but reliable and clean-running Inertia Driven® system that has granted each of their shotguns the capability to fire hundreds of thousands of rounds without failure for over 50 years. This 2023 model features a redesigned bolt handle for improved manipulation even while wearing gloves, and a new 2-piece shell latch to allow faster and more efficient reloading.
All Montefeltro models come with a Micro Cell Recoil Pad to reduce felt recoil along with a shim kit for drop and cast adjustment and 3 Crio® series choke tubes (IC, M, F).

1 year agoI recommend the Monticello to any beginner or advanced shooter. The .20 is great for my wife. I wish they would go ahead and send the shim kit in the box.

1 year agoThis shotgun is well-balanced and tends to fit me. I am sure a professional stock fitter could improve it, but it is well done for a commercially produced product. I shot the first box of shells at clays. It ran flawlessly and I posted a 24/25 of the fake birds. The gun seemed to find them by itself. I can see pheasants and ducks in its future.

1 year agoButtery smooth action with a natural, quality feel and even better looks. The wood and the engravings on the polished metal are not done justice through a photo. My only complaint is the polymer trigger guard that takes away from the hardy wood and metal feel.
