The CASCADE XT (X-Treme) is the new precision-oriented member of the CASCADE family. Several key features make it the perfect multiple purpose rifle for many hunters. First, the heavier # 5 taper fluted barrel adds stability and improves balance, while also allowing the rapid firing of multiple shots without accuracy loss due to excessive barrel heating. Next, the radial muzzle brake greatly reduces recoil, making the XT very comfortable to shoot both on the range and in the field, even in heavier calibers. Lastly, the XT’s tactical-style bolt knob provides better leverage for faster manipulation of the bolt, especially from the prone position.

1 year agoI was hesitant with the CVA Cascade, but wanted to try since they're built pretty close to another reputable rifle brand..... just look where their barrels are made to find out. The rifle features are versatile to fit the hunter and function in various weather conditions. The trigger breaks light, crisp and clean out of the box. I like fluted barrel to reduce weight and keep the barrel cooler at the range. The muzzle break brings the 300 win mag recoil down to a 308 to 30-06 type feel. I had
