FN FNX-45 Tactical .45 ACP Pistol 5.3", Black – 66966

This pistol is absolutely flawless. If you’re looking for a FULL size pistol, you can’t beat the FNX 45 Tactical. The recoil with P+ loads isn’t bad at all. It’s feature rich and is somewhat similar to a 1911 with the double action and safety. I already had a SilencerCO Octane 45 and it pairs perfectly with this pistol. No jams, misfires, failures to eject, or any other issues after 1200+ rounds. Note: this Pistol is HUGE. It’s a combat pistol, not an every day carry. For me, it’s my secondary home defense weapon and range tack driver. I’ve never had a pistol this accurate. It’s just awesome to own.

Best feeling pistol I’ve put in my hands this far for someone with bigger hands. Very nice weight, hammer & trigger pull. Pairs great with Trijicon RMR Type 2 & Rugged Obsidian 45 suppressor. Had to buy both Black & FDE versions. FN’s best quality pistols I have felt to this day.

Bought my FNX last spring. Only got to fire it twice. Amazing accuracy and functions flawlessly. The weight , fully loaded, is a tad hefty and not something you want to carry routinely. I must place a premium on speed and accuracy..both components are present and "large" in this tactical piece. The price was way below other market prices. In one instance $480 below. They treat you well and super fast delivery !!

Purchased this 45 as a home defense gun and - WOW!! Added an RMR and Osprey, ran 200rds on your 1st range time perfectly. Soft shooting, points good, typical (long) DA, and nice SA trigger - am really liking this pistol setup. I usually carry Sigs or HKs, but this 15+1rd 45 is now our bedside gun. With the reflex sight and suppressor, it's an expensive kit - and even wearing bifocals, I shoot this rig better than any other.

plenty of practice time at the range with less time spent reloading. Depending on your hand type, can be comfortable or a little blocky. Works well for me. Got at a great price.

Awesome pistol. I got it during a promotion, so I got a free Inforce APL light. There are enough OWB holster options to choose from, as well as a few IWB. They thought of everything with this sidearm, fully ambidextrous, RMR cut slide, threaded barrel, etc. The only possible downside is that people with smaller hands won't be able to grip the weapon correctly. But it fits my hands just fine, so it doesn't bother me.

I'm a lefty and this gun is totally ambidextrous. FN precision also means it performs flawlessly and accurately. I also love .45 cal. and this pistol holds 15 + 1-that's a lot of lead! Getting it from GrabAgun means I got a great deal!

This is one of the best made pistols I've owned. I love .45 for target and self defense carry. What could be better than 15 + 1 rounds of Federal HST!!! I have read comments that this is a "big" gun. Good pistol, but had to wait 1 week while I filled the mags up and let them sit, then locked the slide back one week./ Once I did what the factory said it worked flawlessly with no jams or hickups. Recoil is nothing as to what I expected from a lighter weight handgun, and as for holding 15 rounds, it isn't much more to grab than a 1911. GOOD SOLID pistol, I have no complaints and am quite happy.

FN fan after the purchase of my FNX, extremely accurate with a nice trigger pull (once broken in). This is my go to home defense firearm. Big fan of the co-witness sights. Nothing negative to say, would buy another in a second. Thank you grab-a-gun.

Have been out twice and put about 100 rounds each time through it. Operates flawlessly, no misfires or ejection issues. The multiple grip straps allow for a custom fit and does not feel as big as it really is. Got a great deal at Grab a Gun and would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this gun from a local dealer and not Palmetto. Paid just a little more. Really didn't wan't the gun because it was so big. When he agreed on my price. What else was I to do. I went home and reluctantly got cash out of the gun safe. I have never regretted it! I Love This Gun and it is my favorite pistol of all time. my first fn handgun purchase and so far I'm extremely impressed with all aspects of this firearm. the fit and finish are superb and for me it does in fact live up to it's high expectations. I did a lot of research on both the firearm and which optic I would choose as it would be my first attempt at using a red dot on a handgun. I decided on the Trijicon sro over the rmr as I wanted the larger sight picture and did not feel I would need the extreme durability of the rmr for my specific use.

Excellent, it is large handgun but doesn’t feel large. Factory sights are great to cowitness with RMR Red Dot.
