Ran 100 rounds CCI of mini max hollow points and another 100 rounds of CCI mini max round nose. Had one light primer strike with the hollow points which fired immediately after, and no additional issues at all. Read some reviews and everyone seemed to agree that the CCI mini max was the best option. I ordered some lower tier brands to try out but haven't made it back to the range yet. Very minimal recoil overall and with discount I got it for $253 out the door. Definitely worth adding to your collection if you need a .22. keep in mind that it's a heavy gun at 24ish ounces, so not ideal for a carry pistol or boot pistol.

I have only had this pistol for a couple weeks and only put maybe 200 rounds thru it but for the money its a sound pistol and fun to shoot. It is funny with the ammo. I was using CCi mini mags and it ran fine so anything at 40 grains and 1250FPS works great. Anything less and its prone to jam.

Love the pistol. Feels like more than a .22 in your hand. I wanted a pistol where I could shoot and not be broke buying ammo. This pistol is very finicky about ammo though. Cheap ammo jams it up, causes failure to feed or failure to eject. Cleaning pistol is a must. If you adhere to these suggestions you will love this pistol like me.

Purchased the gun and tested it, didn't get 3 rounds before it jammed. Tried 3 different types of ammo and same problem every time. I had seen reviews about this issue and still decided to give it a try. For spending close to 300 dollars and seeing that I might have to sand/polish the feed ramp as suggested by users online, I don't know if it's worth buying if you are interested.

Good pistol, you must use high velocity ammo for it to cycle correctly which means advertised speeds of like 1400+ fps, but that's common with semi auto 22. Also looks dope

Solid little pistol. Great fit in the hand. Using high volocity ammo and I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

This is a great little gun. Formerly the Sig Sauer Mosquito, the GSG Firefly has that classic Sig design which feels perfect in your hand. The gun requires HV 22lr to cycle properly, but I have had very little issues. My only complaint are the controls. The metal decocker and slide catch are a little thin, not as strong as a more higher level firearms, but I can live with that. Pick one pf these up and I can almost guarantee you won't regret it! Oh, and PSA rocks!

My first handgun. Works best when its oiled well and with decent ammo. CCI blazer is what I've been using, never had any problems. Comes in a nice plastic box with 1 magazine, and an extra recoil spring, and replacement sights. Magazines are easy to find online and you can get followers that allow them to hold 14 rounds. The trigger pull is a little heavy but its a fun and cheap gun to shoot, and easy to disassemble and clean. Would reccommend.

Great practice pistol to work on marksmanship. Pretty accurate, great price. Reliability is ok with decent ammo, has many malfunctions with cheap ammo. Would not trust my life with this pistol however, as a training tool you can’t beat it

Great feel, and great looks to this pistol, but needed to modify. Had to dremel and polish the feed ramp for more consistent operation. Works great now. I like to tinker with stuff so this was a great buy.
