The Smith Wesson Model 36-10 is a double-action five-shot revolver chambered in 38 Special. This steel-framed pistol has a 1.9-inch barrel adorned with a notch rear sight and a blade front sight. The blued steel of the Model 36-10 is handsomely complimented by checkered wooden grips which also give users a firm grasp on this revolver.

1 year agoI am very pleased with my S&W! Just received it today. Can't wait to take it to the range. I will use this as my concealed weapon. My husband is just as pleased with this purchase. Will definately buy from y'all again! Thank you again!

1 year agoI just happen to own a 1957 Model 36, and the new Model 36 is nearly identical. The key lock is new. The 1957 revolver is not rated for +P, and the new model does have slightly thicker barrel walls. As long as you’re doing your part, the pistol is dead on at 25 yards (single action), The wood grips are an odd color, but I ordered a set of S&W factory grips that are thicker and much darker. Why they don’t put these grips on the pistol from the factory is beyond me. Lock up is super tight, no endshake, great trigger, and perfect bluing. Very retro cool!

1 year agoGreat little gun. All the S&W quality you expect. Grips feel small for bigger hands but you know this going into it and are buying this model for nostalgia/light duty compared to everyday carry.

1 year agoLove it! She's a sweet little honey; compact, reliable, pretty and a nice punch with the .38+P ammo load!

1 year agoVery nice, great quality and classic design. It is also very compact. I have not fired it yet so I can’t comment on that

1 year agoSolid construction, tight tolerances, smooth action, and loads of fun to shoot! I've run regular .38 Special, +P rounds, shot shells (snake shot), and half-load stage blanks through this sweet little revolver, and it has been a pure joy to handle with everything. Of course the classic "snubbie" looks are simply cool! And if you want to drop it in to a trouser or jacket pocket for quick concealment, it fits!

1 year agoI love this little gun! Nice action, easy to operate, and has a nice weight & feel to it. It's compact and easy to conceal which makes it perfect for use as a self-defense weapon or backup piece. Easy handling for women such as myself, or people w/smaller hands. My dad bought it off a friend back in the 1960's, and it was old even then - I'd say it's about 80 years old. Point being is that it works like new and looks amazing! Seriously, you can't go wrong with this one!

1 year agoJust like my dad's. Took a long time to get my hands on one. Thanks to Guns.com I can finally stop looking for a vintage popular side arm. Thanks again

1 year agoCouldn’t help myself, I’ve been looking for something like this for quite some time but never pulled the trigger until now. If you love revolvers this well crafted classic is sure to satisfy. Very happy with my purchase! 10/10

1 year agoWhoever the seller is needs to be investigated. The gun was sold as new but it had a turn mark all the way around the cylinder and the lock mark on the frame. The guys at my local FFL thought it was a used gun. I'll never buy another firearm from you.

1 year agoThe firearm shipped to me had a peculiar looking wood grip, not the beautiful darkish-brown seen on the webpage. Mine has a greyish look to it, not unlike weathered wood.
