2 years agoVery nice. I sold my Glock once I shot the S&W. Put an APEX trigger in it, and you'll have the near-perfect 10mm.

2 years agoIt’s smooth and feels very nice in the hand with the different grips provided you can change it anytime for almost any size hand. Hard to find practice rounds for it lol but it’s a great addition to my collection

2 years agoAfter finally being able to run around 500 rounds through this gun, I can say I can very satisfied with this firearm. The amount of features you get on this firearm from the factory with this price is about unbeatable. Raised sights, the stippled grip, the rail, red dot-ready slide, different grip sizes and more. You will get none of this on a Glock. And guess what, the grip and recoil feels way better than a glock! I ran everything from reloaded under-powered 10mm to my +P Buffalo

2 years agoHave been waiting for a S&W 10mm for a couple years. Was a little nervous with some of the negative reviews on youtube. The first round fired had a slight hiccup going into battery, but I blame my fudd dad for riding the slide home. Only a 100 rounds thru, but great so far.

1 year agoThis is my fifth S&W M&P series pistol, my first 10mm. This gun is a dream to shoot. I've only shot 100 rounds out of it but so far I've had none of the issues you see on the online reviews. I mounted a Vortex Venom on top with the supplied spacers and couldn't be happier. Not a fan of the plain three dot white sights but that is easily rectified. Looking forward to carrying this on my hunts.

1 year agoBought it as a go-to for a camping/hiking protection. Always wanted a 10mm, just not one that felt like a fat brick in my hand. This is no harder for me to use than my Beretta 92X. Sure, it flips in the hand harder, so I don't train as hard with it as my 9mm or .38 Super. At the same time it's not so bad I can't train enough to feel comfortable with it. Only initial detractor was the lack of availability in mags as I feel just two isn't enough, though I've since remedied that. I feel a firearm is both a tool and investment and a lack of spare mags can make me uneasy about my choice.

1 year agoI really like this pistol. I have put approximately 500 rounds through this pistol with no issues. I have seen some poor reviews about malfunctions, but I have not experienced any of these issues. I have fired about 60 heavy loads from Underwood with no issues.

1 year agoGood fun, shipping was a little chaotic since I didn’t have a tracking number most of the 3 weeks lead time. Good over all.

1 year agoMy first Smith semi-auto pistol but 3rd 10mm pistol overall. Great value (I got it with $100 off during a promotion). Comes with a bunch of mounting plates for different red dots. The high sights co-whitness perfectly with my Trijicon RMR and I hit everything I was aiming at during our 2 range sessions so far. Only knock is that the trigger has a bit more creep than I'd like but not worth deducting a star for that.

1 year agoI've been a Glock guy for over 30 years, but S&W is winning me over with the M&P 2.0 line. I have immediate family with the 2.0 M&P9c and the Shield, but those didn't completely pull me away from Glock, but this 10mm may have. To me the trigger is better than the other M&P 2.0 guns, and good for a striker fired gun. Light takeup, solid wall, and crisp (for a striker fired gun) break. Like a popular gun tuber, I have hobbit hands (for a full sized male) and the small backstrap was perfect. That it comes with an optic cut at this price point is a bonus I couldn't resist.

1 year agoGun has performed flawlessly, will be installing an Apex trigger kit. Stock trigger is far better than my original M&P 9C but still not what I like. Recoil with everything from 185gr target loads to some hot hand loads is very manageable. So far very impressed. Like it more than my Glock 20.

1 year agoThis handles the 10mm round well, at least with Blazer 180 grain FMJ's. After a couple boxes of that, I adjusted my grip to be lower on the frame than my CZ, since the beavertail does not allow my firing thumb to sweep up towards the slide, without pain. The trigger is better than the original M&P, but still not amazing. (I am spoiled from shooting my hammer-fired CZ-P09.) I will be putting a Talon grip on it soon since it slips in my average/small-sized hands just a little after

1 year agoI love mine! I have put 500 rounds through it and never had a feeding issue. After dry firing it about 500 times the firing pin still sounds crisp. Absolutely love the grip and feeling in my hand. Was really happy it came with expansions to the grip because I apparently have massive hands. I initially got mine for the intention of hunting, camping, and hiking. Thinking it would be way to big to conceal carry. I was way wrong for my physique, I conceal carry it with just a belly band with

1 year ago2 mags come with it. I have not had any major problems with it. Just a few stove tops in the beginning 3-4. I’ve shot approximately 600 rounds through it. Mixed lead, JHP and HOT loads. All in all I love it!!!!

1 year agoIt's great, it's what I expected and more. Could not find a better gun. I have been a gun enthusiast since the late sixties in the days of the navy!

1 year agoFantastic gun, and first session shooting it was extremely pleased. I love my S&W M&P .45 Shield a lot, and it’s my favorite carry pistol. Based on that, and thought I was was tempted by the Sig, I went with this gun, believing it would be a “big brother” and therefore very similar in handling characteristics to the Shield. It is. 1 year agoI purchased this firearm at the end of 2021 I've had a couple chances to shoot it with 200 grain ammo. It has been Flawless and a joy to shoot. I'm a very tall large man and it is extremely comfortable and ergonomic for my hands. The trigger is somewhat gritty but seems to have smoothed out with repetitive dry firing. I have no complaints about this firearm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 10 mm handgun.

1 year agoThe grip is a bit aggressive with the stippling but with a light touch of a little sand paper it got much better. For a 10mm it's much lighter than all the others I have including the Glock 20, or it feels that way but there is no increase of felt recoil and it's very accurate and very pleasant to shoot with a very good natural point of aim. $599 is a much lower price than either the G20 or 40 and the Sig 320 X full size 10mm.

1 year agoAbsolutely beautiful and rugged. Over 300 rounds of 180 and 200 gr through this beast and she keeps trucking along. I've named her Trixie and Iove her! Palmetto had her at my FFL in four days and the price was far cheaper than anywhere else.
