A skeletonized trigger that features an adjustable over-travel stop and provides a very crisp trigger pull with a positive reset. A skeletonized hammer that is lightweight and provides faster cycling. An oversized beavertail grip safety that provides positive function and reliability. Extended thumb safety and slide stop lever for improved positive manipulation. This Ruger SR1911 is at the top of its class and has a stainless steel frame and a low-glare finish.

1 year agoMy first 1911 in 9MM. It's a very nice shooter. Light weight, virtually no recoil. Very good trigger. Easy take down for a 1911. Maybe on my list for an EDC. Time will tell.

1 year agoGreat little 1911! Have a few hundred rounds through it and it keeps getting better! Mine is a little picky with ammo, but I’ve had no issues or failures. Added Hogue grips ( as with all my Ruger 1911s) and really like this pistol for CC.
