2 years agoFor my hands the grip and feel are great. The white dot site is of great help in proper site alignment.

2 years agoGreat gun. Value priced, shoots great. For it's size, it is relatively light. Easy to conceal carry.Fun to shoot. Have owned mine for just under a year and have not had any problems. The ladies in my family also enjoy shooting this!

1 year agoPictures do not do this firearm justice! Feels great in hand and shoots very tight groups. Perfect finish contrary to the black and stainless steel version. (Note: It is actually a SD9 not a SD9VE)

1 year agoI’m very impressed with the pistol! I like it even more now that I did the apex trigger and springs!

1 year agoHey, it works! Nice feel, relatively light. Weighs about 5 oz less than the Glock 19 I’ve got and is slightly smaller than the Glock. Haven’t shot much with it; planning to go to an outdoor shooting range when the weather cools off to give it and another gun I bought some real quality time.

1 year agoThis gun has shot everything I put through it. I have shot at least 1k rounds and I've never had a falure to chamber or failure to eject. And with some practice with it's heavy trigger it's accuracy is just fine!. This gun does have a heavy and long trigger pull. There is an after market trigger you can buy from Apex. I prefer it's heavy trigger sense this gun doesn't have a safety switch.

1 year agoGreat starter pistol for the novice, not to expensive, complicated, over-bearing, or intimidating. Very under rated and under the radar.

1 year agoI already have 2 S&W pistols, and they are very dependable. My EDC is a Shield 9mm. We have been looking for a carry gun for my wife. She finds the Shield uncomfortable to shoot because of the recoil. I have an M&P9 M2.0, which my wife loves to shoot, but it's way to heavy for her to conceal carry. I bought this and let her try it out. She isn't giving it back, I don't think. She was a little weird when it didn't shoot with the accuracy the M&P 9 had at 20 yards, but once I got her to IRL of … Read More

1 year agoThe SD9 is a great handgun and is definitely one of my favorites of the ones I own. I do agree that the very long pull of the trigger does take some getting used to, and would be better with an Apex or some other replacement to shorten it, but overall, it is great feeling in the hand, lightweight, accurate, reliable, and fun to shoot. A definite winner in my opinion.

1 year agoOverall is a good gun but you guys neee to update your system far as clips / rds. Cook county has changed its policy and i can have a clip with 16 rds in it. I honestly feel like you guys owe me two clips. It’s absurd that i had to go buy another clip for my firearm due to the fact your system isn’t updated.

1 year agoThe pistol has been very accurate and very reliable...though the trigger does take some getting used to. An after-market trigger has made the gun one of my favorites.

1 year agoI was looking for a budget friendly 9mm pistol that was still of good quality and produced a good shot from the box. I ran 100 rounds though the pistol at the range and I am happy with the purchase. Great shot, no problems and comdortable in the hand. Very little recoil with the 115 grain rounds. Finish seems nice too. Trigger feels a bit long but nothing an apex upgrade couldnt fix! At this point, I'd recommend it so anyone looking for a reliable budget 9mm pistol.

1 year agoI highly recommend the SD9. As a female concealed weapon carrier, I also carry a compact M&P Shield 2.0 9mm. While I love my shield, I have also fell in love with the SD9. The value for the price is unmatched. 1st time out fired over 500 rounds, inlcuding rapid firing alot, never a single issue. The recoil is less then my Shield. The gun is light weight. Trigger is heavy. Magazine capacity is nice 16 rounds. I feel confident carrying the SD9 on me daily. It has earned my trust. I am currently … Read More

1 year agoA nice handling 9mm, that is economically priced. I purchased it before the pandemic, when 9mm ammo was cheap, and plentiful, compared to my .40 cal. Carry gun.

1 year agoPicked up this SD9, was rated very good, and again Guns.com rates their guns properly. I put this in rotation of my carry guns, after hitting the range after recieivng it. I've now purchased 4 guns from Guns.com with no regrets.
