American Eagle 10mm Auto 180gr FMJAmmunition 50rds – AE10A

Ran hundreds of rounds of mag tech 180g 10mm through my Springfield xdm 4.5 without a single problem. 2 boxes of FD 180 g 10mm with 3 issues. Slide gets locked on round with failure to feed. I use FD 115g 9 mm in my Springfield xd mod 2 and it runs great. 2 jams came from 1 box and 1 out of the other box so doesn’t sound like a fluke. After 2 failures ran several boxes of Mag tech with no issues then back to FD and another failure. Gave it 2 stars Because it gave me good practice clearing jams. Lol. Magazine is practically brand new.

Some ammo manufacturers seem to be afraid to load full pressure 10mm ammo, this is one of them. I guess it’s better than nothing and you’ll have some reloadable brass after shooting.

I've never had an issue with Federal or American Eagle ammo. It's excellent ammo. However the 10mm is loaded to 40 S&W specs. The 40 S&W is 1000fps, while the 10mm is only 1030fps. 30fps is nothing, and it's $8 a box more! Please Federal, load 10mm at least a little hotter!

Only used a half of a box so far. It feed well through my Glock. No FTF or FTE. The price was a consideration relative to other manufacturers. I pulled trigger, gun went bang, so it works.

Well packaged 9mm polished brass with tight grouping and a clean burn. Works great with my Sig, Taurus and Cz Scorpion. Highly Recommend.

Love my Glock 20 10mm and love the 180 gr ammo. I also shoot 220 with it has all the power of my rueger 357
