2 years agoThis is very accurate out of my LE6920. The price can't be beat. This is the cheapest I have seen this ammo anywhere.

2 years agoAs someone else pointed out the brass could have been a little cleaner. That is the only reason why I didn't give it a 5-Star Quality rating but so what?....... It is definitely as accurate as the Hornady 53 Grain BTHP I had my scope doped for. Shot with Savage Model 12 FV stock Heavy 26" barrel with 1 in 9 twist Accutrigger & on Boyd's Thumbhole-Laminate stock. Glass is Barska 6-24X44 with P-4 reticle and I use 16 power for these tired old eyes. Groups were all sub-MOA and a better shooter

2 years agoShot this several times out of a psa 16" 1/7 carbine. If I do my part at 100yds .75 or better MOA. I took it out to 300yds and kept better groups than xm855 green tip which surprised me due to only Being 50gr. Great ammo

2 years agoThis ammo is excellent. Shoots well and isn't too dirty. At the price I got it at this ammo is definitely worth it.

2 years agoExcellent ammo for the price you just can't beat it. Great grouping and it's very consistent too. Will definitely purchase again.

2 years agoMost accurate ammo I have found for my Diamondback AR with 1/9 twist also shoots good out of 1/7 twist Sig - Buy it

2 years agoThe sale price is a great value. Groups well out of my CZ 527 varmint with 24" barrel and 9 twist. Was a little disappointed with velocity which chronographed at around 3130 fps which is quite a bit lower than advertised.

2 years agoShooting 18" SS 1:8" twist Anderson AR-15. Shot excellent at 100 yards. Dialed up the scope to 16x and shot the top off a coke bottle. Couldn't be more happy with the ammo!

2 years agoThis is a 1'2 grouper out of my Colt Lite AR (1 in 8 rifling) and my Venture Predator (1 in 12 rifling)! go figure!
David
2 years agoHard to justify handloads with this stuff. Shoots under an inch in three rifles (on PSA Freedom AR).

2 years agoBought 500 rounds of this just for shooting targets rapid fire at close range with just my Troy Dioptic Tridium iron sight with Meprolight front post because it was well priced on sale BUT I bought a SWFA 6x42 scope and put on my new Ruger AR556 shot my first coyote walking at 315 yards with a relentless choppy SE 15-25 mph wind at full value cut through the wind no problem and dropped it instantly in its tracks humanely needless to say I bought more. I haven't seen it sold anywhere else

2 years agoshooting sub moa groups at 100 yards all day .. nothing special with my AR except a Wilson combat 18 in barrel 1/8 twist and a vortes crossfire scope and rock river 3 1/2 lb. varmint trigger. The rest is all Pallmetto . I just ordered another 1000 rounds
Dave
2 years agoRan 200 rounds of this thru my PSA AR15 with a 1:9 twist. Not one fail to fire/feed. No quality problems whatsoever. Bullets went where I wanted them to go every time. I will definitely re-order this ammo next time I run out. I might try this ammo on our hog hunting trip this year.

2 years agoI've been shooting this among other rounds in my PSA build. I'm running a 16" 1/8 .223 wylde stainless barrel. I've shot a lot of other ammo in varying weights from distances of 5 yards to 200 yards. This is by far some of the most accurate (for under $25/box). It even out performed the 62 Federal Fusion MSR. Just mounted a new scope on the rifle today a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24. At 50 yards my group was nearly a single hole. At 100 yards it was a jagged grouping around 1". At 200

2 years agoI ordered a case of this when it went on sale thinking it would make good plinking ammo while reducing ricochets versus FMJ loads. I finally got around to shooting some when I was trying various loads to see what initially grouped best out of a 24 inch 1:8 twist bull barrel AR I plan on setting up for varmints. I only had a 3X32 Nikon P .223 on it ( Nothing wrong with the scope at all just not what it will ultimately wear once I finish setting it up) so I think the groups could be shrunk a bit

2 years agoI recently took this ammo on a ground squirrel shoot. Rock River Arms upper 24" bbl 8" twist. Fired exactly 1650 over 2 1/2 days. 30 yards to 400 yards. Never missed unless I got excited and blew the shot. Never had to stop shooting to clean my gun! When I got home I put it on paper at 100 yards. Five 5-shot groups; each one a 1-hole group measuring less than 1/2 inch! After 1650 ends without cleaning! Amazing stuff! I started out with 2000 ends bought 4000 more. I suggest you folks do the same.

2 years agoBeats the "famous brand's" Match Grade hands down. Sub-MOA at 100 yds in best grouping out of SIG556xi (1:7); each and every other 5-rounder under 2": are you kidding me? Shouldn't have posted it to avoid the rush but being fair to the Federal. Sweeping anything I can including paying almost double somewhere else while my FAVORITE PSA is empty-shelved :(
John
2 years agoShoots better than the match ammo I purchased 1/7 .223 wylde White Oaks arms 18 inch Armament SPR barrel. I want more. ypu will not be disappointed .

2 years agoThe only issue I have with this round is its never in stock. I'd buy it by the case if I could find it.
