American Eagle 45 Auto/ACP 230gr FMJ Ammunition, 100 pack – AE45A100

I own a Chiappa m1-9, the 147 grain rounds feed flawlessly in this blow back action rifle. The 147's fire around 1000 fps and perform well even at 100 yards. I'm going to pickup a box of 124 grain shells for my next box and see how they feed.

Over 2000 round through my 9mm IWI Baby Eagle and not a single round has failed. Here in Canada, Federal is one of the most economical brands, and today, the only 147 grain 9mm ammo I can find. I think I will order another 2000 rounds.

I wish it was a little cheaper. It's really hard to justify it's high price. Otherwise it is flawless ammo for my 1911.

Les Baer recommends this product as break-in for his guns. I went along. just in case. On the whole, the gun did fine with one failure to fire from the 500 round sample. The pockmark left by the firing pin was as expected, so gotta fault the ammo. Pretty good for range ammo...

Went through two boxes with my Sig 1911 without any issues. Also had very consistent groupings so I assume the ammo is pretty good quality.

Have shot 200 rounds of this stuff through my Springfield Armory 1911 & XDS with no failures. No complaints whatsoever.

I have always considered American Eagle ACP .45 FMJ to be the absolute best range ammunition made. It's the most accurate the cleanest and in this case ($31.99) per 100 rounds " the best price I have seen. I ordered five boxes and shot my first load of this today. Befoer now I was shooting only Winchester White Box rounds from WM. I believe David got it wrong....it doesn't operates exactly like the Winchester white box it operates BETTER than Winchester white box. AS long as the price stays competitive this will be my go-to rounds from now on.
