2 years agoWhen it's on sale and PSA does free shipping you can't pass it up will Continue to do business with Palmetto for years to come

1 year agoIt fired just fine no issues with chambering or ejection. Just not the round my rifle likes, did not group as well as the 55gn American Eagle through my 1&9 twist 16 inch barrel .

1 year agoThis is the only ammo I shoot and always try to scoop up some when PSA puts it on sale. Shoots consistently. Basically military overruns or batches that were a few FPS off spec to be issued.

1 year agoThis is my 2nd order of green tips from PSA. The 1st was the ammo can of 420. Both orders were packaged w great care. These green tips were on clearance w free shipping of two boxes or more. I wish I could have afforded more than 3 boxes but that was the best deal on this ammo I have EVER seen. Thank You PSA for such an amazing deal. My wallet is grateful.

1 year agoI've only went through 200 rounds, but no problems what so ever. Could not be happier, 2" groupings at 100 yards.

1 year agoPalmetto leads the interwebz and basically the nation on certain factory ammo. Great ammo and like I said...deal can't be beat especially when the shipping is free!

1 year agoAmmo is exactly what I paid for; good ammo at a good price. I have no complaints at all. Its the real deal.

1 year agoLove the AMMO and works as expected. Have done some shooting but no all of what I purchased just yet. No jams, misfires or duds so it is perfect and very accurate even wiht my old eyes.

1 year agoPalmetto State Armory seems to have some of the best deals going. I shop here often. I like free shipping and no tax. The green tip 62 gr ammo has better pressure than the 223. These are NATO rounds that are reliable and accurate. Buying by the bulk is often best way to go. I especially like the ammo/mag combos from Palmetto. Check it out.

1 year agoThese have always shot fine with decent groups at 100 yards. Priced at $40 a piece I wish I could have bought more.

1 year agoM855 is a good training and surplus round. PSA prices are hard to beat and love their support of customers and the 2A.

1 year agoThis American Eagle "Green box-Green-Tip" steel core ammo (XM855) shoots very well in my 1:7 twist barrel and has proven to group very consistently on my 100 yard range. I normally get 10 shot groups inside 1-1/2" with a scope. LAP means "light-armor-piercing". The cases are brass, the bullet is a boat tail design, and the primers are standard crimp.

1 year agoBought pre-'rona at a good price. Great ammo to use in 20 in 1:7 twist barrel. Little heavier than 55 gr but cost less than the match grade 70+ gr stuff

1 year agoThis is new ammo produced at the Lace City Army Ammunition Plant and sold to the public when military demand is not enough to keep the employees busy. The proceeds, by law, are used to upgrade the old, worn out equipment so the taxpayer does not have to foot the bill. Hornady's Frontier ammo is also made at Lake City. This ammo is NOT surplus. It is NOT overruns. It is not HOT, whatever that means. It is not "armor piercing". Armor piercing ammo has is M995. This is m855. It is loaded

1 year agoMy Radical Firearms upper loves these things! WAY too expensive to play with these at the range right now, though.

1 year agoNot bad at all but the sights are absolute trash. They will not stay up and will continuously flip down which was annoying. Overall shot 100 rounds of Black Aces slugs with no issues. I did lock the bolt to the rear and stored it for about a month to soften the buffer spring and it seemed to wok flawlessly.

1 year agoI bought alot early on when it was about 17 cents a round so yea it was a great deal with hindsight lol ????
