I have owned mine for several years and am still quite happy with it. It works well, shoots accurately (at least as well as I do with any firearm). Fit and feel of a full-sized 1911. Everyone that has shot it, loved it. Vey affordable for a well-made handgun and being a .22 it saves me a fortune in ammo. I usually burn through @ 100 rounds each time I shoot it. It also comes in desert tan and that is very attractive. Be aware, it is a full size 1911 in fit and feel, so it has some heft to it. If you have a small hand, it may not be the gun for you.

Excellent 22lr. Shoots accurately, feels great, nice trigger, feeds many different types of ammo. This is just a great gun! I have the tan model and finish wears off rather quickly, but if you look past that it is an incredible gun for the money. Full size 1911 in 22lr, you can't go wrong for this price.

I shot 2 or 3 magazines & gun jammed on about every rounds. Did the You Tube thing. Had to remove the overspray from the guides & rails. Almost impossible to find parts. Bulk winchester ammo will jamb. Have to use CCI mini mag 22lr for it not to jamb. Live and learn.

Cycles every round without issue! Lots of safety features including grip safety, manual safety and it appears the safety is automatically engaged when the magazine is out. Feels nice and heavy compared to other affordable guns. This is my new favorite.

I bought a GSG 922 a few years ago. Almost identical to this one. Had cycling issues right out of the box and sent it back for warranty repairs. They sent it back dinged and scratched. It is over engineered and you are constantly chasing loose screws on the sights front and rear. The only difference here is the grips. Find something else, you won't regret not buying it. Cabela's has far better options.

The gun shoots great. The website was great for ordering the extra mags and barrel adapter. However the screw to get the skid off was already partially stopped and so now I will not be able to take it apart to clean it. I used their site to let them know what was up but no response back yet and that was a couple days ago. If they send me a screw we are all good if not then this is going to be a pricey paperweight till I get it sorted. The rest of the gun and operations are really good and outstanding when you look at price point.

The 1911 22lr GSG pistol is a beautiful gun handles well shoots well. I shot 60 rounds through it. No misfires or stove pipes. I was shooting CCI mini mags and Remington Thunderbolts. I am happy with my new pistol!
