These "poverty ponies" simply work great at a very low price. Mil spec is mil spec....save your money for ammo.

Anderson am-15 is a great mil-spec lower. Don't let anyone tell you Anderson is cheap. Just as well made as other lowers if not the same. If you want cooler logos pay up for it. Something basic and first build go with am-15. I love my Poverty Pony lol A joke some people say. Can't go wrong.

I couldn't ask for better quality than this. Fit and finish was perfect. Roll pins all fit flawlessly and there is no play whatsoever between my Anderson lower and Palmetto State Armory Upper. The finish is beautiful. Not a single flaw anywhere. The tolerances are all perfect. The take down pins slide nice and easy as well as the mag release. I will be buying more of these for sure.

Looks well built, no sharp edges or marks in the finish. Good price too. No need to splurge on expensive lowers when this is around $50. Hopefully when rona ends these can go back to normal prices.

I have used Anderson Manufacturing for lower receivers for quite awhile and they never disappoint. Excellent value and Quality to get the job done. I have tried other lower receivers before and have had some minor fitting issues, although Mil Spec is the standard it isn’t always perfect. I have had no issues at all with Anderson Lowers.

Lower works perfect, no issues, I would buy two if I were you for the price. I assembled the lower using Daniel Defense lower parts kit and it was pretty fun and rewarding seeing it come together, would highly recommend assembling your own lower and building from there. It’s more affordable that way. “Affordable” not “Cheap”. American made is a plus.

I built a pistol with this and it's my favorite of my ARs. It was my first build an the thing is accurate. I love shooting it. It's a shame that they have doubled in price.

Don't believe the hype, Anderson lowers are fine! Built a few rifles with them and haven't had any issues.

Purchased this to go with a PSA lower parts kit and had no issues. Used a BCA .223 Wylde upper for a nice budget AR. Only had a chance to run about 90 rounds through it but no problems. Great basic lower.

Great lower that let me build how I wanted to! Everything went together well and I didn’t have any problems. I will be buying another one for another build

Got 2 of these, one works great and the other has slightly more wobble. Used the same upper on both to test, but for the price I have no complaints. No issues using the lower itself.

Used this lower on my most recent build and the fit and finish were great. Would definitely buy an Anderson again.

This is a good value for the money. I have used these lower receivers for several builds and have never been disappointed.

Purchase this lower had magpul parts to install, also purchased Anderson lower with close tigger guard. Had a standard front sight, man timing is a bugger, use a Allen wrench to center the gas port. Smooth as butter. Top is PSA parts, bottom is the magpul parts.

It’s good and just the way it is very easy to assemble all measurement are accurate no wabbling or wiggling perfect!!!.????

$50 for a lower, and not having to pay shipping or an FFL fee? Can't beat a deal like that. Andersons are not premium, but they have a great reputation.

This is a go to for any build that doesn't require you to empty your wallet. Solid fit with other parts and has a good finish.

I usually buy PSA, but with the FFL transfer cost purchasing this was actually cheaper. Nice lower receiver. I definitely buy again.

My first time for a platform build on a 300BO. The receiver appears to be excellent quality, lightweight, nice finish, good price as compared to others. Did not have to mail order which made it convenient! Anticipating a nice build with addition of a 2-stage trigger!
