2 years ago0 stars if a choice Jammed in 3 pistols,my s&w bodyguard and my boyfriend s&w bodyguard! And my Beretta pico! Every couple rounds jammed! 100 rounds we used , 4 boxes left to not use! Never had any other ammo jam! Never purchase this ammo again

2 years agoPerfectly reliable. Chronographed 5 shot average 1110fps from my 5.25 inch barrell semi auto 10mm. Good price point. Not loaded very hot but hotter than .40 range ammo. It would be nice to have the rated velocity on the box. Have not tested accuracy yet.

1 year agoI found this ammo to be very reliable and the price makes it even more so. I ran this ammo through a compact .45 with jamming issues and those issues disappeared. Not one jam.

1 year ago124 grain with a very good ballistic coefficient. I found this ammunition to act much like a +P out of a carbine, as drop is only about 2” from muzzle to target. Much better than a 115, as the weight of the bullet stabilizes it’s flight. Target shooting at 8” steel from 105 yards with an action trigger kit. I’ve found this ammunition to be quite accurate with good groupings, even at 105 yards. I think this ammunition is possible to stretch out to a 150 yard maximum performance with some patience and a decent scope. Take your time, read your windage, squeeze the trigger. Only downside may be the price, but performance may outweigh that issue. Peace.

1 year agoBought 100 rounds for my Colt Python and 1/3 of them failed to fire on the first strike. They fired on the third try in single action. Bought 200 rounds from two different brands in both .357 magnum and. 38 special and had no issues. Tried these again and the same issue. Seems to have hard primers in them.

1 year agoI purchased the 10mm Armscor, and it fired reliably. It is not a heavy "Powerhouse", but definately more realistic than Winchester White Box. For practice ammo that works and leaves you with nice reloadable brass, this is a good choice.

1 year agoProblem with your company that you are no longer sending ammo to NJ for some reason. That is horrible decision because we are also Americans and other large stores are sending ammo fine to us.

1 year agoAs the ammo becomes more and more difficult to find and as other retailers are actively practicing price gouging. Bass Pro and Cabela’s do not they sell it for the same old price.

1 year agoConsistant quality, fairly clean burning, decent price and made in USA. Perfect for target practice and new 1911 break in.

1 year agoArmscor ammunition is a very viable alternative to the traditional brand names out there. First, they produce many pistols, rifles and shotguns that are superb in quality. Second, the company has been around since the 1900’s as Rock Island Armory a Philippine company with high standards. Third, the ammunition has proved itself to me on the range with very tight grouping. Fourth, very affordable compared to the other ammo out there! Plus it’s in stock most of the time!

1 year agoExcellent round for target shooting and plinking. The Armscor FMJ round cycles flawlessly through my Rossi R92 357.

1 year agoI bought this ammo and it is very unreliable, caused jamming in a revolver, several rounds would not cycle and a the slug fell out of a few rounds

1 year agoDecent quality for range use. No operational problems in a revolver; never know what to blame in a semi-auto.

1 year agoInexpensive way to break in a new hand gun and learn how it handles. Put a hollow point in the chamber and six of these as a back up to insure smooth feeding

1 year agoGood powerful round however I did have one squib out of 50. There should never be misfires when you are using a gun for self protection. That said, I will buy these bullets again because they throw lead accurately out of my old model 10 service revolver and my model 638!

1 year agoI do not claim to be a qualified expert. It shoots, it is well packed and brass is nicely polished. Service from Sportsman's Warehouse was great and friendly. I do see brass flakes in the box-sloppy cleaning from machining. Has not been but could be a problem loading in low light.

1 year agoThe Armscor .38sp. ammo is great. Is is cost effective and fires perfectly. It fired fine through revolvers and lever guns, great ammo for the money. You don't have to spend a lot of money to have fun at the range. It's reliable and fine for home defense or similar use. Definitely recommend.

1 year ago158gr FMJ rounds. 800fps is kinda slow, but great for target practice. Good price, considering how expensive. 38 and. 357 is ridiculously priced.!

1 year agoGREAT Ammo. I bought it because I wanted the brass to reload for cowboy shooting (lead only bullets and low powder charge), but I use it all the time for my practice shooting and save my special reloads for the weekends of cowboy competition. Thanks pb
