2 years agoComes with a free hard case. Heck of a deal. Read somewhere that storing it with the bolt locked back will help soften up the spring to help with cycling.

2 years agoI really liked it and talked 3 Friends into buying one and all are Satisfied with this new Firearm it Kicks A$$

1 year agoThis thing is a blast, literally. It loves hot ammo, and cycles like a dream with it. On the downside, the rear sling loop is plastic junk, and was broken during shipping, plan on drilling it for an after market sling swivel. At the price point though, you can't beat it! Great range toy, or home defense rig, either one, it is light and compact, with lots of rail space.

1 year agothe look and feel of vrf 14 is different but familiar ,feels good in the hands I haven,t a chance to shoot it but with the control like that of the ar style platform not with that being said there is some thing I would like to add to vrf 14 to make it my own I may have to find one more for my brother he liking it to

1 year agoSuper fun gun to shoot. Works great. O lile it takes my VR60 mags. I shot it with 5, 9 and 19 round mags, they all ran perfect.

1 year agoWell built and (so far) reliable. Of course they supply flip-up sights for you to use on some other gun as they are less than useless on this firearm. Get yourself a flashlight, a laser or both to use for aiming and you’ll have an excellent home defense weapon.

1 year agoI have not fired this bad boy as yet. But thank you, thank you, thank you for such a great deal on this weapon. WOW! You guys are great! And thanks to RAI for bringing it to market. Can you say "Made in America"?

1 year agoLooks and feels more awesome than in the pictures. Already put some add ons like laser and flashlight. Waiting on the folding stock to come in . Then I can go shoot it. Was a good deal through palmetto state armory. I’ve been buying almost all my stuff through them and they are the best in price .

1 year agoThis is a nice unit, gets a little heavy with a 19 round magazine, but really nice with the 5 & 9 round magazines. I think everybody should have one of these to deter close up home invaders. Feeds and functions well on low brass 7-1/2's.

1 year agoVery well built! Looking forward to putting a couple rounds through it. Looking for more to add to my collection.

1 year agoGreat for a registered pistol.. can shoot 2 3/4 shells 1 handed no problem. Just need forearm and shoulder strength..... or custom made piece that suits your needs as far as balance ???? definitely gonna buy bigger clips, just can't get trigger happy like fluid ejection of rifle rounds. Because of recoil, it's all timing on how fast u can pull the trigger again.

1 year agoSeems to be good quality. Good price. Had a few failure to feed issues at first ( about 20 rounds fired). Took it apart cleaned and lubed it. Next 50 rounds of #8 shot fired perfectly. Only thing I didn’t like is the way the ad shows the price at $299 and $199 after rebate. HOWEVER the $100 rebate is a credit at their store for accessories. Overall happy with the firearm. Keep it clean and lubed and it works great. Fun to shoot !

1 year agoAwesome and fun! Suggest low brass shells though. Cheaper and less kick! For home defense suggest buying some 1’s, 2’s, 0 or 00 and shooting a few so you know what they will do and feel like. And if you’re ok with them, buy one or two extra 9/10 round magazines and make sure they are marked or spray painted red, yellow or orange so you can grab them quickly for use.

1 year agoPSA is a great company with affordable prices. Picked up the VRF 14 on sale and a web rebate. Put a chainsaw grip on it and got a 20 round drum magazine. Good times.
Fucko
1 year agoThis is an absurd firearm with almost no practical purpose. Think I might have fractured my thumb breaking it in. 5 stars. Will probably buy another one because this level of absurdity deserves to go akimbo

1 year agoFor the price and with the 100 dollar rebate it was one hell of a deal....cool design but I would never pay the full retail price that others list on Web......Great Job Palmetto State Armory!

1 year agoGreat shooting home defense weapon. I bought it for tracking wounded hogs in heavy brush . Choke is perfect, shoots a 18” spread at 10 yds . I put a laser on mine for fast target acquisition . 2 thumbs up !!

1 year agoFun shotgun to own and shoot, but wouldn’t replace my 870 for home defense. My issue was the sling adapter was delivered broken. Not sure if it was during shipping or at my local ffl shop. Either way the issue wasn’t resolved. It’s not an expensive part to replace, more of the principle of buying something new and it being damaged.

1 year agoOnce broken in. Not starting with low brass like I did. It did eventually cycle every shot. I ran some 3 inch deer slugs and then went back to some cheap low brass and who'd of thought a shotgun could be so much fun to shoot. If you can catch one on sale I would recommend this one for sure.
EDDIE R.
1 year agoThis proved to be a much better firearm than expected. There is only slight barrel rise, much less than expected. The firearm chambers 2 3/4" & 3" shells, but cycles best with high brass shells.
