My training company had a last minute group come in for a precision rifle course and we were caught low on ammunition. I went to Cabelas to purchase match .308. I decided to try a new brand that we were not familiar with but liked that they were in the same city as us and wanted to support the locals. Our guests fired sub minute of angle groups out of semi automatic 14.5" barrel .308s at 100 yards and had great results out to 800 yards. No light strikes, no issues with blown primers, no ejector gouges from soft brass and no stuck cases. I was very impressed and proud that it came from a local in my community. I HIGHLY recommend this product and currently use it in our precision rifle courses. Thanks Cabelas for offering a great product at a great price.

I have been shooting this ammo for a few months now and have found that it is very RELIABLE, CONSISTENT and produce VERY GOOD GROUPS! Have not had an issue with any rounds, all look very good. I would recommend to anyone with a .308 to give these rounds a try. My buddy shot some through his gun and had the same results as me.

This is some of the nicest ammo I've had the pleasure of shooting! Good clean burning powder, consitent, and accurate!

This is the Best Ammo I have ever shot period. As a Sports Rep. and Pro Staff for the past 15 years I can say without a doubt the best 308 ammo I have ever shot. I picked up a New 308 rifle from Cabelas on the 10th of Oct and also picked up 2- 100 round boxes of Atomic 168 gr Ammo. Spent Friday at the range breaking in the new barrel with about 40 rounds and a ton of cleaning. On Saturday I shot two 1/2 inch groups at 200 yards. The bench next to me was shooting a 300 Rum and shot 2 inch groups at same distance with custom loads for another source at three times the price. That was the first time I have ever shot Atomic Ammo but It won't be the last, I liked it so much that I ordered new turrets for my Leupold VX 3 on Monday. To the Staff at Atomic great job!

The Atomic .308 in 168g provided decent performance in my Ruger Scout. Clean burn and very reasonable groupings, so I am reordering another 3 boxes today.

CAUTION! I bought two 100 round cases of this ammo and have experienced light strikes from both cases through multiple rifles! I used 3 different rifles and experienced the issue with all 3. these rifles have shot ALL types of ammo without any issue. I have emailed ATOMIC....I hope they make it right!

First & last. I liked the product for the reason made in USA. But packageing was poor. The brass look like it was reloaded dings in neck with poor workmanship. I have not fired any of the rounds yet and some I will not. I hope Atomic will turn things around because I like to keep $ here in the USA. I will be watching for new reviews in hopes of better products. Good luck guys.

I purchased 2 boxes of this, and cant get it to group at all. It is all over the paper at 100 yds, I also had one that mis fired. Wouldnt recommend this ammo. Shot it out of a custom built rifle, built with the very best of coponents.

Grouped very well in 1x10 twist AR. Good price for match bullet. The range I shoot at will not let you use FMJ ammo. The hollow point fit the bill.

I zeroed my Remington 700 SPS with .308 150gr. interlock ammo and got 1moa results at 100 yards , good enough for hunting pigs and it did well.
I bought a box of the Atomic ammo with my points and went to the range for fun. I love having plenty of bullets to shoot.
My first shot went through the center X at 100 yards, I was very impressed, the next several made a ragged hole in the center of the target. This is great ammo and I plan on buying more to have on stock.
No adjustments were made to my scope, and this ammo shot better than the 150 gr. and it is a heavier bullet. Great stuff!

Chronograph showed a large e.s., and as you would imagine, groups showed vertical stringing even at 100yds. The second round I fired didn't go off. Hit it again and still nothing. Nice firing pin dimple. Another brand I tried in 168gr Match showed much better e.s. and nice round groups. The third brand showed the smallest e.s. of the three, and tighter groups, but can't find any more to replace it, so I was trying other factory ammo to replace it. It won't be Atomic.

Was practicing at 700 yrds... Used a chronograph and my lows where 2,472, my high was 2,592... With an average of 2,531 fps.
My shots where all over the place. I expected better.

I normally stick to what I know works but I picked this up and have not been disappointed. I am very impressed with the performance of this ammo. It shoots extremely nice for this price point. I also read they are offering some new stuff for this year!! Heck Yeah

Was able to hold 3 shot groups under 1+ 1/2" at 200 yards. Very consistent, no flyers. As good as any of my reloads. If you can't hold a group with this ammo buy a shotgun.

Out of the 40 I took to the range today 5 would not chamber. I think the brass was not sized correctly. The federal ammo chambers just fine.

The box I bought from Cabela's in Acworth, GA was shorted 2 rounds (so I only got 98 total). Normally I'd brush it off, but given it was the ONLY 308 WIN in stock at Cabelas, right now 308 match ammo is impossible to find, and I need 100 rounds for each PRS competition, I'm beyond annoyed. On top of this, Cabela's said I could return it (not get a discount) but I'd have to come back the same day or the next day and only after arguing the point on the phone and speaking to management did they offer that. Problem is, Cabela's is about an hour away from me. It's not worth the gas money to go all the way back only to return it. And on top of all of this, this ammo looks like military surplus more than high quality match ammo. The brass is not kept in individual slots in a round container, just stood up in a box, so it's all beat up. Not a big deal compared to the bullet itself being clearly quite old or exposed to the elements because the copper is stained on every bullet and some have goop in the hollow point or the hollow point is damaged slightly. That is why you put ammo in sleeves! I will never buy Atomic ammunition again unless I hear from them with a resolution. A good one.

First time I used this ammo, very pleased. I was shooting out to 500 yards (my personal best to date) with my Bergara HMR in .308 with the 168 grain.
