Auto Ordnance M1 .30 Semi-Automatic Carbine, Wood – AOM140

have owned two m1 carbines in the past, and have found this to be a very reliable medium range rifle.

This is a very nice weapon. I went to the range yesterday and fired 50 rounds. After firing the first 20 rounds without any problems I experienced one misfeed from the magazine to the chamber which I believe was my fault not securing the mag into the mag well properly. After firing the remaining 30 rounds the weapon functioned flawlessly even after firing in rapid succession. I am very pleased with this purchase. BTW, I was using Armscor ammo.

This is a well crafted replica and a pleasure to shoot. the only caveat is if you buy additional mags, you have to buy their brand for proper fit. I purchased the knock offs and they fit too loose. I suffered jams when using them.

Having already owned a Chiapas M1 Carbine in 9mm, and loving that, I wanted to get a “real” one in .30. Really sarisfied with the quality of the auto-ordnance M1 carbine, only problem was I found out I could have purchased locally for $300 less for the same item within an hour after purchase and was told to bad could not cancel.

It performed perfectly right out of the box. The M1 Carbine is everything I wanted, and everything it promised.

I’ve put approximately 60 rounds through the rifle with no issues. It has ejected every round perfectly with no misfires right out of the box. Very light and fun to shoot. I have been a long-time customer of Taylor's and a long-time lover of the M1 Carbine! Auto-Ordinance makes GREAT reproduction WWII weapons!! I have 2 of their G.I. 1911s, a Tommy gun "pistol" and now this WONDERFUL M1!! Highly recommended!!!

So happy I made the decision to purchase the AO M1. Guns.coms made the purchase so simple and quick. I’ll be heading out to the range this weekend to try it.
