We offer the same attention to craftsmanship today that made the original so highly regarded. The look and feel are authentic, right down to the side bolt action. The frame and receiver are milled from solid steel or aluminum, the wood is genuine American walnut and the overall finish is a blued steel or black anodized aluminum.

I have fir i yet but I do like it exCept for It is to hard to cock. Problem. Bolt haNdle to short had but a longer bolt handle. Another pr iS the recoil spring is to stiff. Had to buy a softer spring kit. Niw i d have a problem cocking the fifle.

Just what the doctor ordered. After seeing one in a sporting goods store I just had to have one. Great looks and great feel. Owning a classic.

I debated aquiring this. the $ lured me in. LOL I have the Chicago Typewriter version with the drum magazine I bought a few years ago (about twice the cost). But I really wanted the military version so I got this. Very simple process to purchase through Guns.com. Very pleased with transaction.

This Thompson M1 carbine was what I was looking for. No issues at all when using Winchester White Box ammo, I did try CCI blazer and have multiple feed issues, 50rds and 10 failures to feed. Winchester White Box 200rds not one problem. Stick with Winchester White Box to ensure smooth operation. Bolt can be trick to pull all the way back, I ordered...Read More Read more about review stating Exactly what I wanted

Have owned the gun just over one year. Fired about 400 rounds of brass. The extractor has broken once and the firing pin has broken twice. Constant jams. I've shipped it back to the factory for repairs. It comes back to me and continues to jam. When you field strip the weapon you can see the poor quality of assembly. Don't waste $1300 like I did. Auto Ordnance does not stand behind their repairs. No warranties after they repair it. Steer clear and read all the reviews from people who have owned this model for a while.

I have a "Chicago Typewriter" Tommy Gun. The outside is beautiful, but the mechanism is way too rough. I disassembled the trigger assembly and smoothed everything up. http://www.machinegunboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22603&hl=
