1 year agoBarnes is very accurate in my henry big boy rifle. It EASILY dropped a deer at 120yards. Bought a case to ensure I'll have plenty for practice and hunting.

1 year agoShot my first wild pig with this non-lead ammo using a S & W Model 629 Classic 44 Magnum, barrel length of 8 3/8 inches in early November 2019. Animal was killed instantly with first shot.

1 year agoGreat ammo, will be good to carry during deer season. To many bears not to have something you feel safe with, in case of a hungry bear coming to visit during field dressing time.

1 year agoThese expand great. My daughter uses them in a single shot long gun for deer. Most of the time they pass through the deer but one was between hide and ribs on opposite side shot from, witch fell out when skinning the deer. It doubled in diameter with all the tabs folded back and still attached to the bullet. Also in long gun they are very accurate, 3" circle at 100 yards is no problem.

1 year agoThese rounds did great on a couple whitetail out of a 44 Henry. Stayed together as advertised. Bullet I recovered on the buck after going through the shoulder weighed 216gr.

1 year agoNeeded some non lead for California hunting trip. Crazy law in my state says all weapons used for purpose of hunting must be non lead since 2019.
