The enhanced Beretta 1301 Tactical is the newest iteration of Beretta’s premier law enforcement and home-defense semi-automatic shotgun series. Engineered to be ultra-reliable and easy to use, this modern tactical shotgun features enlarged controls, a cold hammer-forged, back-bored barrel, and Beretta’s ultrafast BLINK gas operating system with a cross tube gas piston that allows for 36% faster cycling than its competition.
Right out of the box, the new 1301 features an oversized charging handle, a large highly textured bolt release, and an oversized reversible safety button. These features make it easy to use in all weather or lighting conditions as your hands will always be able to positively and safely grip it and operate the controls. Also, the aggressive checkering on the forend makes it easy to gain a secure grip even while wearing gloves.
The 1301 Tactical features a robust, protected ghost-ring system with an interchangeable front sight, which gives the user the opportunity to adapt it to any use – no matter the conditions. An interchangeable choke system allows for maximum flexibility based on use and needs.

1 year agoshotgun was light like an ar-15. recoil was easy to manage and have no issues so far after 100 rounds. top quality gun as expected from beretta. highly recommend.

1 year agoI bought mine from a different dealer and it was more expensive for this very gun. I went out this last weekend and threw four different brands of ammo (BIRD SHOT, 00 and slugs) and ALL the shells fed through this gun with zero issues. The sights were on out to 50 yards (Probably further but that's where I stopped) and I was able to knock 5 holes the size of a bottom of a Coke can at 25 yards with slugs with this. FOR A LIGHT weapon, it's recoil does feel less than my MOSSBERG 930. I am looking

1 year agoIt really is as good as all the online reviews. And now, with the tac models assembled in the US with all the parts you need from the start, it's a good value as well. Wanted to write this to let those considering the different grip configurations. I really wanted the standard grip. However, it wasn't available so I got the pistol grip Mesa stock version thinking I would swap it. Turns out, the pistol grip is the one to get. 1 year agoI feel as though my relationship with my beretta 1301 tactical might be on the borderline of unhealthy. I find myself sneaking into my closet just to take a look have a feel… of my newest mistress! I have fantasies of what I plan on doing with her and even though I’ve had obsessions similar, this one feels special!

1 year agoHaven’t put too many shells through it yet but it took light and heavy loads pretty easily. Cycles fast, ton of fun. There’s plenty of reviews on YouTube explaining how exceptional this gun is.

My problem was my 870 hurts to much to practice with after nerve damage from a car wreak. 1 year agoLight? Absolutely. Fast? Absolutely. Reliable? ABSOLUTELY. This thing is ridiculously awesome. Ran everything from 2.75' #8 target loads to 3' 000buck flawlessly. I was skeptical of auto loading shotguns, this beast made me a believer. Service was great as usual.
