The new Beretta A400 Xplor Action is much more than a semi-automatic that does everything well. It’s the semi-automatic that does everything as well as a Beretta. In designing the new Beretta A400 Xplor Action Beretta’s objective was to make the world’s most versatile shotgun even better. Beretta retained all the features that have made the A400 series such a success in a lightweight shotgun. The result? Enhanced pointability, balance and ease of swing. It’s the semi-automatic you can use with absolute confidence regardless of game, target or season. The receiver also comes with scope mount grooves to accept optics and other aiming systems.

1 year agoVery stiff to operate. I own the same gun in 12 ga. and it is very smooth in comparison. I also own other beretta semi autos in 20ga. so I can't recommend this model in a 20ga.

1 year agoI purchased a 20 guage A400 Upland model from Bass Pro in Shreveport La. I shoot sporting clays at least once a week and from the first time I shot the gun it malfunctioned. 1 year agoMy first 20 ga. and my brand of choice. Beretta consistently produces quality firearms. Beautiful walnut graining on the stock and overall performance is excellent.

1 year agoI'd been looking at a 20 ga sporting shotgun for a while and kept coming back to this one. This is a pre-firing review since I haven't had a chance to take it out yet. I did not get the kickoff feature, did not see the need on a 20 for the extra weight. Typical Beretta top quality, brand new gun yet the action is slick as butter, no

1 year agoAwesome! My whole family loves to shot this gun with stock shock absorber that’s what the kids call it.

1 year agoIt’s a beautiful gun. Have a bout 200 rounds through it no issues except for it will not shoot the cheap Walmart federal shells. It’s stovepipes and fails to reject. Not the guns fault.
