The OptimaBore HP barrel’s finish offers superior resistance to the elements, including water, powder, sand and salt spray. The A400 Xtreme Plus features Beretta’s exclusive Steelium Plus barrel, providing the best patterning possible from all hunting loads, along with further felt recoil mitigation. The barrel also utilizes a step rib with an integral mid-bead and fiber optic front bead, and lengthened forcing cones. Its stock features a soft comb, which reduces the felt recoil imparted to the shooter’s cheek even further. The A400 Xtreme Plus also has an enlarged loading port, extended charging handle and bolt release, and Aqua Technology which is a protective coating to withstand the harshest elements. This model has a 28″ barrel with five (5) black extended Optima HP choke tubes, Realtree Max-7 stock and receiver.
