Beretta M922 .22 LR 4.9″ 10 Round Pistol, Black – J90A1M9F18
Tactically oriented shooters look for a firearm with proven Durability, Reliability and Accuracy. For over 30 years the Beretta M9 has been the standard sidearm of the U.S. Military and the Beretta M922 builds on that tradition. The M922 is an exact replica of the M9 in .22 LR and features the same operation, controls and takedown as the venerable Beretta M9. The M922 offers the same great reliability that the M9 has offered for over 30 years.
Whether it’s for accurate, low cost training or safe, comfortable first time shooting, the .22 LR version of the iconic Beretta M9 provides a near identical experience to the 9mm versions. Muscle memory and good habits are built on identical look, feel, operation, disassembly and magazine capacity.

2 years agoJust crossed the 500 round count. One of the best 22s I've ever shot. 25 yds 10 rounds in a 4 inch pattern. Can't ask for much better than that.

2 years agoI highly recommend this handgun, the little brother of the 92FS. Next to each other without looking at the inscriptions or barrel diameter, they are identical. Firing the M9 is a real treat. You get the feeling that you’re using the 92 with the cost of firing 22 cal rounds, a real savings. The M9 is lighter, but very similar in all other aspects including grip, trigger pull and breaking it down for cleaning. I had a couple of relatives try it at the range last weekend and they raved about how well it performed. The only downside is that it came with just one magazine, but I checked with Beretta today and found that extra magazines will be available by mid-March 2016. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these – you deserve it.

2 years agoWhat a nice gun! Near perfect version of M9. Try this, score some Aguila .22 Sub Sonic Sniper rounds. 60gr bullet on top of a .22 Short case. Function 100%. Felt recoil is very similar to 9mm and perfectly accurate to 25 yards.

1 year agoI had high expectations as my Beretta shotgun gets tons of use and never fails. This gun feeds any ammo, although cheap ammo occasionally doesn't fire but that's on the ammo. It is remarkably accurate. Trigger is sweet in single action. Double action is pretty heavy as expected. My only gripe is the grip is a little fat and I have large hands. But its a great gun and a good bargain for the price. It is tons of fun for shooting jackrabbits which keeps me occupied the 9 months out of the year I can't hunt game animals

1 year agoRecently purchased and just took it out for some plinking. After using four different brands of ammo (CCI/Remington/Federal/Aguila) I was pleased to discover that it ate everything I fed it without fail. This is a great feeling, full-sized 22 pistol, that is incredibly fun to shoot. Still have a few more brands of ammo I want to test, but would highly recommend this to anyone searching for a rimfire pistol.

1 year agoI bought one of these last spring, have put about 5,000 rounds through it, mostly Federal and CCI and I am very pleased with this handgun. Pick one up, you won't regret it!

1 year agoGreat .22 handgun- one of the best. Easy take-down and cleaning, actually a fixed, rather than a floating barrel, smooth action, full-size pistol feel, nice safety, light trigger pull. A good choice for training and plinking since rounds cost little. Mine has had 0 failures and I love to shoot it. I see no quality issues, Germany vs France sounds like a good soccer match to me.

1 year agoWas looking at 22lr pistols and Cabela's had this item on sale. It felt good in my hand so I purchased it. The pistol runs fine with high and standard velocity bulk ammunition. Only 3 failures in 1500 rounds (2 failures to fire and 1 failure to eject). The pistol is accurate and properly sighted straight out of the box. The single action trigger is good, and the double action trigger is average. This is a quality pistol that should provide years of fun.

1 year agoFeatured sale item. It is lots of fun to shoot and not picky on ammo. 15 rounds is more than most other semi-auto 22lr handguns. No regrets

1 year agoI picked up my M9-22 last week , got out to the range this past weekend. No problems at all , ran Remington thunderbolt through it , about 300 rounds. No failure to feeds no ejection failures. Great alternative pistol to take to the range and keep ammo costs cheap. Very user friendly , took some friends out who had never shot and they had no problems learning on it . Great buy price is right only slight problem is only 1 mag and anything beretta can get expensive for name brand.

1 year agoThe M9-22 is a fun gun to shoot when 22 ammo can be found. It handles copper coated or jacketed rounds good but I had trouble with the round lead ammo not feeding. It shoots the lead round head but at times it doesn't want to load into the chamber. I don't know if this is a problem with all semi auto 22s or not. Reassembly of the gun after cleaning was trying at first as there is a trick to getting the slide to lock onto the frame. It is accurate, well as accurate as an old man can shoot! Out of 140 rounds at 10 yards 2 were in the 8 zone, the rest were bulls eyes or in the 9 on a police qualification target. I have a Beretta 9mm and the 22 is the same as it.

1 year agoWe’re had our M-9LR for a couple months now. Who knows what unrest is upcoming. My wife picked it out and very quickly became accurate a d quick with it. I thought the bigger grip would be a problem but even in her hands, it is not. Firing the .22 means she’s back on target immediately. As a first time pistol shooter, she wanted something she could easily control and hit with. .22 ammo means we both used to get to shoot more and more often. Ammo is scarce so we’ll see how supply of ammo unfolds in the future.

1 year agoI have had it out once. Took it out of the box, and shot it. No prep, nothing. It worked fine. It's more accurate than I am. Factory zero seemed OK. NO malfunctions in about 50-75 rounds. A little stiff. Safety / decocker is almost unusable. Oiled it a little and it helped. Will probably get better after a thorough cleaning and oiling. Trigger reset is about 3/8" with about 1/4" slack to engagement - about the same as my 92FS. All in all I'm happy with it. It should come with two mags.

1 year agoI've tried out several different .22lrs and this is one I still have. Love the mag capacity > 10 rounds. Sights were pretty much dead on out of the box. I've put a few hundred rounds through without any issue. Teardown and cleaning is simple. Would like to get a threaded barrel and silencer for it eventually.

1 year agoHave not had a chance to shoot it yet but initially thoughts are I like it. I do like the double strike capability much like a revolver even if the trigger is just okay.

1 year agoI need a replacement firing pin catch and they are no longer available. The gun is just a paper weight now. Not durable either. The safety latch broke into 2 pieces and had to be repaired. Customer service at Beretta is nonexistent.
Bicdawg52
1 year agoFired thousands of rounds of cheap 22 LR without any malfunctions. Will fire anything just like my Ruger 22 LR/45. The gun is an exact replica as my 92FS just not as heavy. .

1 year agoAwesome firearm!!! I had heard that 22’s were more likely to jam, but decided to give this one a try anyway. I do not regret it one bit! I have close to 1,000 rounds with it and I’ve not had any failures with this firearms. I highly recommend it!

1 year agoShot 500 rounds through it using cci minimags, federal red box, and federal black box. No issues feeding or locking the slide back. Pretty accurate. Good heavy feel to it.
