Bridging the gap between the B-14 and Premier series, we bring you the B-14 Wilderness series. This series tackles the need for rifles that can withstand the rugged and unforgiving wilderness while blending into those very same elements – hence Bergara’s hand-painted camouflage stocks with added webbing for increased texture and grip. All Wilderness series barreled actions feature Sniper Grey Cerakote finishes for advanced protection in extremely harsh weather. The B-14 Wilderness Ridge rifle features an American-style synthetic stock with SoftTouch finish. This rifle is also outfitted with a Bergara Performance Trigger and a hinged floor plate. The world-renowned (#5) Bergara barrel is finished in Sniper Grey Cerakote and features a seamless, omnidirectional, and multi-ported muzzle brake that will reduce felt recoil by up to 35%. The Wilderness Ridge is complemented by our super-smooth B-14 Action, which is a 2-lug system with a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech to ensure smooth feeding and extraction of the cartridge. It has been factory drilled and tapped to fit Remington 700 style rings and bases. The B-14 Wilderness Series provides a great deal of added value for the hunter that wants a no-nonsense performer that is built to withstand the backcountry. We are breaking through the uninhabited and inhospitable regions to bring you the weather protection needed to withstand these conditions. We believe the word wilderness, while may be rugged, harsh and unforgiving, describes an experience rather than a location. We built the B-14 Wilderness Series to match every stride taken off the beaten trail.

Bought a new B14 ridge in 450 bushmaster, after the 1st day of shooting I had to send the rifle back to BPI. The gun jams, stovepipes cartridges and spits cartridges out of the magazine when cycling the bolt. additionally, the gun only holds three rounds in the magazine, not four as advertised. BPI has been helpful with the return and repair process but a new rifle should be ready to go and hunt, not ready to go to the repair shop immediately after purchase.

This is my second Bergara and I absolutely love this rifle. I have the 18 inch in 6.5 Creedmoor. If I do my part this rifle easily shoots half MOA all day long. The action is super smooth and I love the fluted bolt. Cant wait to take it to the deer woods.

Great gun, bolt is the smoothest I’ve ever owned or felt of. I’ve had several Remington bolt action rifles over my life, I’m 60 years old now, they can’t touch this rifle! Feels like an Remington in hand, but shoots so much better. Accuracy is unbelievable for a gun at about $850!

This is a great rifle. Before I retired I could afford to pay more for a rifle and did so. None of the more expensive rifles I owned was better than this one and most were not as good. Easily sub-MOA and very little felt recoil.

Looks sharp. Has the fluted bolt even though picture shows a smooth bolt. I have the B14 HMR so I’m familiar with Bergara. This wilderness is a couple pounds lighter than the HMR but still slightly on the heavy side for my preference. All in all a solid rifle.

It does everything I was told it would do. Great action and trigger pull. Very accurate. Using Federal Non-Typical 140 grain bullet. Since sighting it in I’ve shot a whitetail buck, 2 whitetail does and an axis doe. One shot, one kill. Just ordered another one for my son. Highly recommend!

Very nice rifle. The Wilderness Models are definitely a step up from the regular B14. The trigger is superb and the bolt is smooth. With factory Hornady 140 gr BTHP ammo my particular rifle shot a 4 shot group less than 1 inch. I adhered to Bergara's barrel break in procedure. The muzzle brake is not as harsh as you might think and minimizes what recoil a 6.5 CM has....just wear good ear protection. I highly recommend this rifle.

My husband and I each bought one of these in November and love them. He actually killed 2 deer at 300 yards 2 days after we bought them! They're fantastic rifles!

I am still a work in progress on this rifle, It's shooting MOA at 200 yards and I hope to get it to 1000 yards soon. Only regards I have is that I live 90 miles away from your closest store. Maybe you'll have one in Scranton area

Stock feels great in the hand. Shoots very well. I mounted a scope and was in the bull at 600 yds, in 7 rounds. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with the muzzle break, barely a recoil. I also added a comfy sling, its ready to hunt.

This gun is all it’s labeled to be. Didn’t submit review at first because I didn’t get a chance to shoot this gun until 6 months after I bought it. Yes it has the smooth bolt not the spiral fluted newer one, but that’s cosmetic. Bolted a Burris Signature 3-15x44 on top with DNZ mounts and without bore sighting it was only six high and six right at 100 yards on first shot. After two adjusts and rechecking torque on rings, it will shoot and group as claimed. Trigger is smooth with no snags or

I love this rifle, ive only put a couple boxes down range but its accuracy, trigger, action, and recoil felt in 6.5 creedmoor is a delight to shoot.

What was actually pictured and sent is HMR Wilderness. Seems to be a fine rifle after I tightened the action screws down to the stock. I think it was sold because there was no way it was accurate with the barrel coming up put of the stock 3/4 inch lol. Still very happy but have not had it at the range yet.
