Bergara BMR .17 HMR Bolt-Action Rifle 18" 5 Rds Carbon, Black/Gray Specks – BMR006

paired with a meopta optika6, this is my favorite rimmy rig. in fact the 457 pro varminter is gotten forgotten since this came home.

I have had it for a week. I am absolutely in love with the gun. Bought it to put a suppressor on and couldn’t be happier. The accuracy of this gun is unbelievable. I have shot a few different brands of ammo and I have settled on CCI 40 grain hollow points. At 40 yards all 5 rounds broke bullet holes. Have already put a couple hundred rounds through it. Couldn’t be happier with the gun so far. I have a ruger 77/22 and a cz 22. Can’t even start to compare either of them to this gun. Might be my first Bergara rifle but won’t be my last.

PurChased To fill my desire for a high velocity bomt action rimfire rifle for varmit hunting and target shooting. The trigger is excellent, the rifle is very lightweight ans easy to carry, bolt action is smooth and concise, and it is accurate. My only GRIEVANCE is that it is a very small Gun and for a guy kfnmy stature (6’3”) it is DIFFICULT to get comfortable with the buttstock and neede eye relief for the scope (i Paired it with a sig sauer tango4 1-4x x 24 scope. ULTIMATELY i like the gun amd will use it Relatively often, if onky to tey and find a way to get comfortable with it.

Everything went as planned. I would recommend this rifle. The rifle is perfect for what I need it for.

Absolutely gorgeous rifle and well-balanced too! I have it zeroed in at 50 yds., so it shoots a 1/2" low at 25 yds. The rifle fits so well when you pull it up to your cheek.

I’m very impressed with its accuracy. I purchased it for small game and it has exceeded my expectations for accuracy and build quality.

This is my third Bergara rifle and it’s the BMR 17HMR Carbon Barrel, with a Vortex crossfire 4x16x50 scope and it’s just as accurate as my big game rifles I own, at 100yds it’s shooting smaller than my thumb nail size groups with CCI ammo.It’s light weight, trigger is very nice and the bolt is really smooth. I’m truly sold on Bergara rifles, the people at sportsman’s warehouse are great to work with and are very knowledgeable at my store.

I am very impressed with this BMR. I mounted a Vortex 4-12x40 AO on Weaver skeleton rings. Took it to the range last week for the first time. I shot quite a few three shot groups at 50 yds. It took a bit to zero in the scope but soon got three groups with all three rounds touching each other (that’s awesome shooting for my skill level). Fit and finish of the rifle is excellent. Even for first time use the bolt cycled smoothly and flawlessly.
