You asked, we listened. The Bergara BMR (Bergara Micro Rimfire) is for those that demand the best and expect nothing short of perfection. With the option of either a 5 round magazine for hunting or a 10 round magazine for running stages at your favorite rimfire match, we designed the BMR from the ground up with field and match performance in mind. The BMR fits the bill of the base class within the NRL22 series and offers a match chamber with world-class accuracy. It’s also lighter (especially the carbon barreled version) and easier to carry in the field for small game pursuits.

Features:

  • 30 MOA rail included

The price was right. Arrived at my FFL quickly and in good order. Pretty little thing, wish the review process would let me add a picture. "Like New" is spot on, can't find a flaw with the rifle. Shoots CCI Mini Mags at 1MOA for me, and I imagine it'd do better with someone else behind the gun. With a Primary Arms 1-4x LPVO, it's proved to be a handy rifle. Squirrels beware!

Personally, I like it a lot. Only used on 100, 200, and 300 yd targets so far. Mine groups well using Eley 42 grain and SK polar. Easy to shoot 1 to 2” groups @ 100 all day using a bipod. The trigger kicks my ass though. it’s too crisp for my liking. My twitchy nerve damaged fingers like some slop so I know where it breaks over. Someday I’ll have to see if an RPR trigger might fit. And watch out, the trigger adjustment set screw will fall out when you’re not watching. I believe an extra … Read More

I love this rifle. It’s light and ergonomic. I Mounted a vortex diamondback 6x24-50 and it’s a laser. Plan to use it in our local 200 yard rimfire match.

Unfortunately, the rail on this rifle does not meet picatinny spacing specifications. So, using a picatinny scope mount with two or more lugs, or using a scope with rings mounted to picatinny spacing to move around on various rifles, it will not work. Our plans to practice with this rifle and use the same scope as our elk rifle did not come to fruition because of the out of spec rail.

Sweet shooter. Cycles great and very accurate. Being a bolt action it's very quiet with a suppressor, even high velocity loads. Comes with a 5rd and 10rd magazine. I didn't adjust the trigger, it feels great and light out of the box.

Got this rifle for my 12 year old to practice with; need to get him more comfortable with different shooting positions, and it goes without saying that a quality .22 is both an affordable and comfortable option to do this with. The Bergara has great quality fit and finish. The polymer magazines are the nicest I've seen for a rimfire. Shoots very well right out of the box.

Fantastic 22LR. Functions perfectly. Good trigger that is easily made excellent. Shoots cheap Fed Automatch ammo into tiny little groups.

Pros: Nice out-of-the-box trigger, good action, excellent fit & finish, lightweight yet sturdy, easy to clean, very accurate with proper ammo. Cons: Spare 5 rd and 10 rd mags are not cheap and often sold at same price. At time of this review, $40 for either online (when not found on sale). Highly recommended! A joy to shoot at the range at 50 & 100 yds. This is a quality 22LR bolt-action rifle! So nice, I feel guilty even thinking about bringing it to the woods to hunt squirrels with!

Great little rifle. Have put close to 1k rounds though it. Bolt worked itself in after a few hundred rounds. Have shot different ammo through and performs well. Still need to try out some match ammo, but I expect it will perform well. Mags feed well. Ended up taking everything apart, cleaned, torqued and locktite prior to shooting. MOA rail seemed a little loose from factory, but not a big deal for me. Put an arca rail and a vortex venom on it. Embedded in a couple of qd slots

Excellent 22lr! Extremely accurate! So far it's liked everything I've fired from it. Very well made. Never see it mentioned but the magazine release is ambidextrous and is conveniently located in front of the b trigger guard, both sides. Effortless mag ejection. Also description mentions five shot magizine but doesn't say anything about the additional 10rd mag it comes with. To date, my best .22lr purchase...and Ive bought just a few.
