Black Aces Tactical Pro Series X 12

This seems to be a good deal, but I’d avoid it. I bought one of these and put about 25 shells through it. Suddenly, the trigger won’t work as the sear doesn’t hold the hammer back. Calls and emails to Black Aces Tactical are not returned so I’ve had a shotgun for 2 months that I can’t use. I thought I’d just buy a new trigger group but there are no parts to be found anywhere. So now I have a $600 hunk of metal sitting in my safe.

First, don't expect a lot of support from Black Aces in Florida. And the manual is lacking. You Tube is your friend. The shotgun needs a good breaking in, so be prepared to shoot at least a box of of high velocity, high brass shells. I had a box of thirty five year old Federal high brass #4 buck and it shot flawlessly. Then I ran again, thirty five year old low brass #8 and had one stove pipe. I had my reservation for buying such an inexpensive semi auto shotgun but decided to give it a try. Here is my experience right out of the box. I set it up with the shorter mag extension and the 24' barrel to shoot clay pigeons with my family for our Thanksgiving day tradition. The first 5 rds through the gun were low brass "bird shot" (7.5 or 8 shot) and the gun failed to eject each of the 5 rds. Love the weapon my only hitch is the charging handle. I watched a video on disassembling and I cant seem to pull it free. Is there a tool or reason why I'm having trouble. I always take all weapons apart and reassemble to become familiar with functions. Any help would be appreciated I dont want to force it.

Firearm finish is not show quality but the action runs great and does the job. Good price value.. Owner's manual leaves A LOT to be desired with regard to firearm reconfiguration.

gun broke after 300 rounds. have contacted company multiple times and have been told they would send me a return slip. its been a month and still nothing.

This shotgun gun works just fine, but the case get open easily, is not a deal breaker for me but considering that the case has a few extra parts, is not nice the case suddenly open when is supposed to be properly close.

So far so good. Only ran 20 rounds through but it’s worked great. Recoil is less than I expected, been awhile since I shot a semi-auto shotgun. Plan to take it out and shoot some slugs soon.

So far so good. Would get stuck ejecting here and there but a quick pull and a new one chambered. Foam in case isn't all that and case clips pop off.. no instructions on how to break down and had to research on my own to find out they use Benelli chokes. Not disappointed though

Great gun & options for the money. Put 250 rounds through her so far using 00 buck to slugs to light target loads and she eats it all.

Got a lemon. Won’t cycle a single shell without failure. Buckshot, birdshot, high brass, nothing cycles.

This is my second purchase from Palmetto State Armory and have been extremely happy with both purchases! Been out a few times with my new Black Aces shotgun since I’ve got it. Not one issue at all! Ran all different kinds of shell and they all went through great. Only issue is changing the furniture out, can be a pain. Other then that it’s money we’ll spent on a great product.

This is an awesome system.. Case is very nice and everything is very well manufactured for the price point. Cycles all the shells I have put through it. Only wish it came with instructions on changing the stock configurations. I figured it out, but could have been easier :) Otherwise... AWESOME system :)

Great shotgun to get me into competition shooting. Holds 10 rounds with tube extension and i got it setup with the 22 inch barrel. It has a very impressive pattern at 10 yards when using the 00 black aces shells.

Unbelievable that you get so many add-ons and accessories with this shotgun for the price. I have not shot it yet, but do not foresee any issues based on my initial impression from the action, finish, etc. Plus it comes with a hard sided travel case... again, unbelievable.

Solid shot gun for the money! Have shot around 500 rounds and cycles everything including target loads. 100 rounds of high octane 1400+ fps rounds to break in is a must. Be sure to loc tight pic rail before heavy use as the rail arrives only hand tightened. Hunting, trap, range day orbhone defense. Finish is ok nothing crazy and should be cleaned and lubed upon arrival.

Awesome package deal for the money!! The only thing I've noticed so far is the folding stock seems to come loose after shooting.

It ran amazing the first couple months then started to light strike and stove pipe. I've tried all I can. Even if I get it fixed I'm not sure I'll want to keep it if this might happen again.

Works great except with very light loads. Appreciate the great and very functional case it came in and all the different items (chokes, extensions, grips). Very pleased with it, and my FFL buddy's wife said she wanted one for herself. Only complaint is that if you put on the mag extension, you lose the sling swivel.
