Beautiful shotgun, am a huge fan of the natural wood and nickel aesthetic. I really like the sights that come with the gun which will enhance its reliability in (God forbid) home defense situations. Took it to the range recently and didn't have any issues with performance. Owners manual was decently easy to follow (a few misspellings here and there but still pretty straightforward) so I haven't had major issues with disassembly for cleaning and subsequent assembly. It shipped to my ffl and showed up with a big crack in the butt stock. I messaged palmetto state for a replacement and they emailed me a ups sticker to return it. I went back to my ffl to have them ship it back because I refused to except it. When I talked to palmetto state they said that they will send a new one and still haven't received it. I recently messaged them again with no response yet. I bought it online at the beginning of December and today is January 9th. I am pretty disappointed

Great shotgun for the price. Purchased as a home defense gun and I have put it thru the paces during a local Home defensive Course with a Shotgun. Worked flawlessly throughout the day!

Arrived with a cracked stock, sent it back for repair. PSA has not sent any information on the status (even after several emails and phone calls) and has not refunded the money, effectively ghosting me. I would rather buy a gun from a back-alley crackhead than PSA.

Arrived with a cracked stock, snd was swiftly sent back for a replacement. 2.5 months and several emails and phone calls later, PSA has failed to respond with anything; information, a refund, or the shotgun. I would trust a back-alley crackhead to sell me a gun over PSA.

Disappointed that it only hold 3 shells.. Nice finish. With good sights. "Not" as reliable as my mossberg.. Doesn't want to load shells the right way. Seems to be ridged.
