Black Rain Ordnance Fallout 10 Standard Issue Semi-Auto Rifle – 16.1

I bought this ar 10 from Cabelas last month... I was impressed with the high quality of the weapon. The only draw back if any 9s that after I had purchased a spare magazine, I found out the Black Rain AR 10 is actually an AR10B... The spare magazine does not work in it. I had to search for the correct magazine only to find they are not available. No fault of the manufacturer, this is one heck of a weapon!

Worst rifle I've ever spent money on. I've sent it to black rain 3 times, cabelas was no help. Took it to the range about a week after I bought it. First shot, jam failure to eject. Second, double feed, repeat repeat repeat. I've never shot a full mag out of this thing. Black rain has replaced the ejector, ejector spring, installed an adjustable gas block. Nothing has seemed to fix it. To the point now where I just want my money back or outsource a gunsmith. I tbink that may void the warranty though.

Bought this gun for my two sons to deer hunt with. We love the way it looks and handles like a dream. Ive owned it for around a year now and run 75 rounds through it practicing and playing around. No jams no issues, always stays true to zero. love the mlock system makes it so easy to customize the gun to your needs.

Pick up this rifle just before the start of the gun deer season. Took her out to the range and she ran like a dream without no problems. Awesome rifle for hunting, plinking, home defense etc.... Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking :)

I had been looking to purchase an AR10 for a long while now but they were usually well out of my price range. I found this rifle on sale while looking for a newer EDC. Looks wise this rifle gets 6 out of 5 stars but the 2 reason I went with 4 stars are weight and ejection issues. This thing is a hog and if you add the weight of a scope it just becomes too heavy to go hunting with. I gave the rifle a good cleaning right out of the box then set off to site it in. It was good within the first 10 rounds. Very consistent no real recoil, little enough to let my wife shoot it and she’s inexperienced with rifles. The only real issue I had was it would not eject rounds. The extractor kept ripping the edge off the casing so every round I had to shove a clearing rod down the barrel. After about 30 rounds it started ejecting rounds and I was able to finish the day out good. A few friends told me it might need the gas block adjusted or the extractor tooth was too tight and might need filing. I’m planning on taking it hog hunting in a few weeks so I’ll see how it performs then. All in all for the price and the looks it’s a good gun. Mechanics of the gun could use some fine tuning but nothing major if it continues to extract.
