2 years agoA Quality Bond derringer in 9mm at a bargain basement price.....who'd of thunk it? I paid $275 OTD for this great shooting Bond derringer. Only problem is nobody seems able to keep them in stock. If you can find one, buy it!

2 years agoI have not had a chance to fire it yet. The quality of workmanship is wonderful and i am looking forward to getting another barrel and firing it.

1 year agoNever really wanted a Derringer because 2 rounds didn't seem beneficial. But then over the years of concealed carrying, I realizedthe amazing BENEFITs that a pocket gun has. The 1 thing I absolutely love is that you all their different caliber barrels and their grip selection fits on any Derringer they make. So I bought a 3" 357Mag/38Sp barrel, and in literally 15 secs I can make this 9mm a 357mag! Love this gun!

1 year agoVery nice to shoot but heavier And bulkier than i thought it would be. I have always wanted one and glad i finally had the chance to get it

1 year agoI love the compact size of the 2.5" barrel. 9mm packs a little punch for weak wrists but feels powerful

1 year agoLooks and feels exactly how I thought it would. It's a little bigger than the old derringer I owned years ago. It has some weight to it. I like that it uses 9mm rounds that I have for another gun.

1 year agoSolid Little gun, reliable and fun to shoot. I also got the 410/45 barrel and other than it’S impossible to find 410 or 45 Colt ammo, it shootS great with both of those as well. Not as much recoil as i expected for either barrel. So faR, I like the feel better with the trigger guard removed. Bond Arms has a great product.

1 year agoI contemplated Buying This pistol for a long timE wonderIng if it was worth bUying. If you are wondering the same thing i would ENCOURAGE you to go aheAd and get it! I bouGht the 9mm and took it to tHe range todaY. It’s DEFINITELY snappy but is managEable. It takes awhile to get the hang of shooting With the ShoRt barell and heavy trigger. I am really glad i bought It Even if it’s Not the most practical pistol available.

1 year agoThis is a great little gun for what it is meant for, concealed carry. I don't think anyone is going to enjoy shooting this for an hour or so. It's snappy.

1 year agoThis gun is terrible. I’ve had Bond guns before that were excellent. But I do not recommend the roughneck. Terrible finish and trigger is the WORST.

1 year agoMy day to day carry is a Glock 29. But if I’m not standing it prints. It’s also pretty heavy. This Roughneck you can take it everywhere. I’ve gone to the range twice with it and it is very dependable. You’ve got to practice with it. I already ordered another barrel.

1 year agoIt is a great gun for self defense. I purchased a wallet for it now it’s a perfect concealed weapon. I’m thinking of the 45 ACP or the 9 mm barrel. Bond Arms is now my favorite place to buy.

1 year agoSolid construction at an affordable price. Bought the .357/.38 Special Version. Ability to change Barrel Type added advantage. Like the rubber Grip given small area to hold.

1 year agoThe weapon is easily concealed. The weapon has heft for its size. The finish is good, but the action is stiff and will take time to break in. Apply some Break Free CLP.

1 year agoIt’s a little wider than I anticipated, but love the weight and feel. It totally makes sense to be that width to absorb some shock from the large caliber (.357). All said , it’s a solid 2 thumbs up for me!

1 year agoPerfect size, great workmanship. Can’t wait to fire it. Looking for the perfect holster. Trigger and hammer are pretty stiff. Hopefully it will lessen.

1 year agoits a fine little gun in nine mm its a little stiff cocking in my left hand being a right handed shooter but in a pinch its all good can shoot target rubber bullets with it in my basement with cci 209 primers very easy

1 year agoI got my Bond arms Rough neck from GUNS.COM this week. Shipping was easy and FAST...The gun is a rock solid little piece of hardware that works smoothly and flawlessly. I would recommend everyone gets one of these USA made derringers for everyday carry.

1 year agoI had never owned or shot a derringer before, so it took a couple of months and over a hundred rounds to get comfortable with the unusual hold position and downward trigger pull. But, now I really like this gun! It does have a recoil, but it is only slightly more than my 9mm pistol and 9mm revolver. It is heavy. And, while the weight helps with the felt recoil, I would still like it to be a few ounces lighter. I have changed the grips to a slightly thicker wood grip. And, since there is

1 year agoI purchased the Roughneck in 9mm and took it to the range. Out of 50 rounds using 2 different brands of ammunition I got 7 failures to fire in the bottom barrel. When the rounds were moved to the top barrel they worked. I contacted Bond Arms customer service and was told to use Winchester, Federal or Remington ammunition only. With current ammunition availability I’m disappointed that I can only use 3 brands of ammunition.
