1 year agoHave purchased 2 Browning lever actions in the last 30 days, a 300 win mag, and a 308. All ways been a lever action fan having owned a Win model 71, 86, 94, and 73. I considered the model 71 the best out of the lot but now consider my Browning levers my favorites. I live in a rural area and the 308 makes a perfect truck gun which is short weighing 6.5 pounds. The 300 is the reach out and tag a elk gun but both can serve that purpose. Try a Browning lever and you will be hooked!

1 year agoThis gun seems very well built. I've only had it out once. The action is very smooth. I cleaned it as manufacturer directions before taking it out the first time and put a couple drops of gun lube on the action. Half inch groups at 100 yards with Vortex 4-16x42 Diamondback scope and 90 Hornady ELDX. What more could I say.
