Timeless beauty that’s more than skin deep. The BLR Lightweight with Pistol Grip is ready and waiting to be your next lever-action hunting rifle. The gloss finish on the Walnut pistol grip stock contrasts beautifully with the deeply polished blue finish on the receiver and the barrel. The detachable box magazine allows it to be chambered for modern hunting calibers and it’s tapped for scope mounts to take full advantage of its range and accuracy. This is what a serious lever-action rifle should be, and what every other lever-action wishes it was. The barrel’s standard sights include a Low-Profile adjustable square notch rear sight and a high-visibility front blade with gold bead fitted on a raised ramp-style base. The pistol grip BLR stock is contoured for maximum comfort and the flared Schnabel fore-end tip adds a classic touch of style. The BLR’s stock has a deep, glossy finish that brings out every nuance of the wood’s warm color and grain. The well-formed recoil pad helps reduce felt recoil and flinching. Steel sling swivel studs are pre-installed for easy mounting of your sling or bipod. Gloss walnut, checkered grip, Schnabel forearm, polished blued barrel and aluminum receiver, detachable magazine, iron sights, tapped for standard scope, lever-action.

I am really amazed how extremely well this gun is manufactured, and how wonderfully it handles. With 243 Win, the recoil is so controllable, and the shot is so accurate at 300 yds with a Pentax 4...Read More Read more about review stating You cannot live without it !!!

1 year agoHandles nicely, balanced, action a bit stiff should loosen up. Wood finish excellent. Metal finish just passable, for the price. Overall, I would buy another but would need to look at it first .

1 year agoGreat rifle in 243. I think this or 223 is a good choice, given it’s a very light rifle. You definitely get what you pay for with this rifle. My recommendation is buy it, but can only extend that up to 243, which I think is the sweet spot for this rifle. Great lever gun, and Browning quality is still there.
