Browning Buck Mark Practical URX 22 LR Pistol 10 Round CA Compliant, Blue – 051448490
What does “Practical “essentially boils down to something that just works extremely well. It doesn’t mean devoid of features, it just means we’ve placed emphasis on the features that really matter when it comes to function and ergonomics. The Buck Mark Practical URX is designed with ambidextrous Utragrip RX grips for positive control of the pistol and trigger. Quickly acquire targets. The adjustable Pro-Target rear sight can be dialed in super tight, and the TRUGLO/Marble Arms fiber optic front sight will allow you to acquire targets even in low light conditions. The tapered bull barrel isn’t flashy, but it gives you just enough weight to keep the gun steady for quick follow up shots.

1 year agojust purchased this pistol. i liked the robust feel of the pistol, seems to be built very well. went to the range and starting shooting it and everything was fine until i put about the first 30 rounds thru it then started having misfires, fail to feed and stovepipe jams and it got worse. i was using inexpensive lead bullet ammo that seemed to be dirtier than usual so i switched to brass ammo and put about 50 rounds thru it without one failure.then i switched to a better quailty cci lead ammo and put another 50 rounds thru without a hiccup. so it must have been the cheap lead ammo. pistol is extremely accurate with standard velocity cci ammo. it is habit forming though. once you start shooting you do not want to stop.

1 year agoI have probably fired 200 rounds through this pistol. I had a few problems with the gun cycling properly at first with Remington bulk ammo but after 25 rounds or so it worked flawlessly. It is a very accurate pistol and feels good in my hand. My main concern is that the bluing may not be of a real high quality. I like the fiber optic front sight. The rear sight needed a lot of adjustment to be properly aligned at first.

1 year agoThis is an exceptional pistol for the price. It is accurate and reliable. The out-of-the-box, factory trigger pull measured at 4.2lbs on my Lyman trigger gauge. This is perfect for an all around plinker, hunter, defense pistol. The trigger pull weight can easily be reduced if you want to use this for competitive target shooting. The only negative I have with this gun is that the grips are very stiff and difficult to replace after removing. Having said that, once in place, the grips really fit my hand well! I love this gun and plan to buy the UDX model with the scalloped frame next.

1 year agoBought this pistol as a target/trail gun. I find it to be accurate, reliable and comfortable in my hand. It digests CCI, Federal, Remington and Winchester ammo without a problem. I enjoy the green fiber optic front sight which is a nice contrast to the rear sight. Bought a browning holster and extra magazines and the pistol rides well on my hip. I find the pistol points well and the balance is good for me.

1 year agoI installed a rail in place of the rear sight so I could attach a reflex sight.so far it shoots good with no misfires useing hi velocity ammo.just what I wanted for target shooting.

1 year agoBought about 3 weeks ago. Got extra mags and first time out put over 300 rounds cci through it. Performed as it should. Very happy with purchase.

1 year agoThe Practical URX feels great in the hand and the build quality is fantastic. So far I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I look forward to many years' of plinking with this one! (Assuming I can find 22LR ammo, of course.)

1 year agoHave shot mine for about one year. Feels good in the hand and is very accurate, though will get a misfire or jam with at least every third or fourth magazine. That doesn't seem to change regardless of what ammo I try or how clean I keep the gun. I will live with that for now, but won't buy another Buckmark.

1 year agovery pleased with this pistol. Fit & finish are exceptional. tru-glo front sight & grips are worth the added cost above a standard camper. very pleased with grabagun communications, have recommended grabagun to others.
