Browning Camper UFX 22 LR 10 Round Pistol, Matte Blue – 051482490
Browning’s Buck Mark rimfire pistol leads the industry in quality, reliability, accuracy and variety. It is constructed of a solid piece of aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum alloy, and then CNC machined to exacting tolerances. The crisp single-action trigger, hand reamed chamber, target crowned barrel and finely adjustable target sights mean the Buck Mark comes ready for fun straight from the box. Its slide features built-in recess and raised side panels for better grip along with a manual slide release. The Buck Mark utilizes a Pro-Target rear sight and a manual thumb safety. The Camper model is made to take along when you head to the great outdoors. Durable, not too heavy, accurate, and most importantly, just plain fun to shoot. It features a tapered bull barrel, blowback action, and single-action trigger. This CA model has a matte black frame and slide, and gray Ultragrip FX grips.

2 years agoGood purchase, Buck Mark. Pistol easy to use, with a good price. Cabela’s service at point of pick up made registration easy.

2 years agoI am an NRA Pistol Shooting instructor and was in need of a semi for student use. After numerous trips to local gun shops and online gun sites...i stumbled upon this one at Cabelas! Glad I did! This will work out as intended!

2 years agoThis pistol has a great feel in the hand and fits smaller hands great. Shoots like a dream. It is accurate and with the weight drops right back to target after each round. The only two drop backs I see is the sights are all black, but they can be upgraded. It only comes with one magazine. Actually, the magazine mine came with was faulty, so I emailed Browning. In less than 15 minutes they responded and sent me a new magazine.

1 year agoBrowning Buckmark UFX is a nice gun for shooting at the range on a budget. Pretty accurate and consistent shooting pattern. Nice gun to shoot all day for little cost of 22 ammo. Gun is light weight and has a nice coating over the aluminum frame. Mine came with a spot where the coating came off so check your gun well before buying. When I noticed it, it was then too late as far as declining it as it was already registered. Hope the coating holds up as the chip has me concerned to the durability. All in all I do like the gun a lot as the cost is low and it will be a good gun for people first shooting handguns due to low kick and noise level (wear shooting glasses and hearing protection always) . Even seasoned shooters will like this gun . Would recommend purchasing if you are looking for a 22 semi. Would give five stars if the gun coating was not chipped off in a small spot.

1 year agoHad issues with the hex screw heads stripping when disassembling to clean. As I write this the firearm is back at Browning being repaired. I'm sure it will be fine once it's fixed. But not happy right now.

1 year agoGreat beginners plinking pistol. I've been shooting mine for a month now and the gun is great. A bit heavy but that makes it easier to stay on target. The only thing to be mindful of with this gun is that it needs faster fps ammo. The gun runs flawless with winchester hallow points. I would advise anyone to stay away from any ammo that is below 1200fps. With slower ammo I noticed I was having ejection issues. Once you find an ammo the gun likes its amazing.

1 year agoVery accurate pistol! However the trigger needs to be straighter and not curved so much. For those shooters with a meaty index finger, it pinches. If the barrel was factory ported, that would help those who want an out of the box gun for rimfire challenge or steel challenge matches.

1 year agoOne of the very few .22 caliber pistols available for sale in CA. Good reliable & accurate pistol plus it’s very inexpensive. Very good pistol to introduce my boys to shooting & how to properly handle and treat firearms.

1 year agoThis is a great pistol! Works great with the different ammo I’ve used: subsonic / supersonic. Great as a learning tool for adults. Very high quality materials used. I own the 5.5” blued barrel version. It only comes with one mag. Manual says not to take apart so I use bore snake to clean barrel. I like the look of this semi-auto - gold trigger is cool. We’ve shot 400-500 rounds no problems over a month or so. There might have been one failure to eject using cci standard but could’ve been human error.

1 year agoClassic. Fun . Relatively affordable to own and shoot. If you live in California, we are limited and locked in the past century. Newer competitors are easier to take down/clean.

1 year agoIf you are looking for a good 22LR pistol, this is a solid choice. It has a very good trigger, feeds reliably, and is as accurate as the ammo you are shooting.

1 year agoI use it for IDPA. I like it. Other guys guns jam, mine doesn't. In spite of what Browning says, you need to disassemble after a few thousand rounds for a good cleaning. I put orange fiber optic sight on mine. I've probably put 6-7,000 rounds through it in the last year. Very reliable. It's a better shot than I am ;o)

1 year agoI was in the market for a .22LR pistol and after thorough research I decided to give this model a try. After several months of owning the gun, I have tried several brands of .22 and this gun had no issues cycling through every brand from Blazer, Federal, cci, Winchester, armscor, Remington, American Eagle, you name it and it will shoot them. This gun is definitely a wise purchase for anyone that wants to plink at an affordable price.

1 year agoPurchase as a gift. It fits my needs on camping/fishing outings. It feels good in the hand. I like the looks of this handgun. More than anything else it shoots every manufacture's 22LR ammo I have used. Great for range shooting.
