1 year agoI put 100 rounds so far, and use different magaziNes and has no malfunction. I use chip MCCORMICK power mag, wilson combat (8&10 rounDs). Original magazine is mec-gar(2 pcs), no issues.

1 year agoI own several 1911’s, this one is built well and looks are appealing. 1st range trip had a several jams, one round per mag. Second trip only had 2. Might just have a break in period. Very accurate, only other negative note is the black on black sights. Not sure why a $900 out the door gun is this way, also have a Colt same way. Took sight paint and touched up the front sight orange so it pops when looking down. It’s a keeper in the collection for now.

1 year agoThis 1911 looks, feels, and shoots like one that's much more expensive. It's worth every penny, you won't be disappointed. Taking it apart is so much easier than it used to be with other 1911s. It's accurate right out of the box, smooth trigger. If you're at all on the fence about buying it like I was, just go for it. Of course there are many options out there, but if you have any interest in this gun...you'll love it. I fired just 100 rounds so far without a hitch. I plan on shooting much more!

1 year agoI’ve had the BUL Commander in 9mm for about 2 years and have been mostly pleased. I decided I wanted the full size 1911 in .45 APC. I was not disappointed. This gun is extremely well made, verY well finished and very tIght. I’ve fired about 100 rounds oF Winchester FMJ and 50 rounds of Hornady Critical Defense with no probleMs of any kind. It ran well with the factory mags, and also ran well with Wilson Combat and Chip McCormick mags. I only have Two complaints with these BUL 1911’s; as … Read More
