The new METE Pro series incorporates changes designed to take a great product and elevate it to the next level of semi-automatic sporting pistols. The external changes are subtle but are instantly recognizable when handling the firearm. An integrally flared mag-well allows for fluid reloads and extra support for the grip, new aggressive texturing to include the front of the grip allows for increased stability, the double undercut trigger guard secures the support hand on the firearm, the low profile slide stop lever and angled rear sight edge increase functionality in a multitude of situations, a new 1/2×28 threaded barrel, a co-witnessing optics ready slide cut now accepting everything from a Trijicon RMRcc all the way to a micro optic allows for a constant and reliable sight picture, an ergonomically redesigned beavertail for comfortability, and a holster fit-and-lock (HFL) system for retention in the holster. The internal changes begin with easy in / easy out push pins that can be removed using slight pressure and the Canik punch. From there the entire platforms internals are modular in a sense that it can be completely disassembled and then reassembled with ease using only the aforementioned Canik punch.

1 year agoi've just broke it in with 2 mags and what can I say. i love it. pros: trigger is smooth as butter like the rival | very minimal recoil | it's a 5.7 inch barrel so be aware it is on the larger side cons: none. highly recommend

1 year agoI am enjoying my new canik I already have one from the TPS series also a great firearm a lot of upgraded features Really wished it came with a left handed holster option but that’s just nitpicking

1 year agoMan i really like this pistol. smooth action, fast reset,mete triggers are sweet on this platform. Holsters can be a issue with the 5.7 barrel. I recomend jbholstermods. Ordered the form just for me and it fits great.

1 year agoThe canik is well made and loaded with featuRes. It has a great trigger and feels good in my hand. Front serrations make it easy to rack with the holosun sight in place. I have fired 250 rounds thru it using magtech blaser brass and umc white box. The umc seemed under powered and gave me several Failures to extract. Everything else functioned fine. I think i got a great pistol at a great price. Very accurate looks great too.
