CCI .22 Rimfire Ammo – .22 Long Rifle – Subsonic

32-grain Stingers cannot be beat in most handguns, and 40-grain MiniMags or Velocitors cannot be beaten, PERIOD. Where any of the (3) are available, buy them.

I've only fired around 100 rounds so far, and only had one or two FTFs. Using Winchester's Super Xs I have FTFs every 5 or so rounds in my Savage Rascal, I thought it was light strikes at first after hearing that is a common issue with the Rascal, but switching to these I have almost no issues anymore.

I've shot a few different rounds through my savage mk2 fvsd and the cci green tag is the winner so far. 321 yards on a 5 gallon bucket all day. If you want extended target range with .22lr stick to subsonic ammo. Supersonic looses lots of accuracy as it becomes subsonic

I would find another place to by ammo. Prices here a whooping 50- 100 mark up and in some cases worse

My 22 mag loves this ammunition. Can put every round in the same hole. Always consistent reliable performance.

Out of Remington federal winchester and ccI. Cci is over and above the top choice for my marlin semi automatic. Consistent groups all day long.

This lower rating is not really about their performances which is quite good when you can actually fire them . This is about the lack of info or warning when buying them so here it is ; DO NOT use them in a semi automatic rifle , they WILL NOT work correctly . I`m sure now that although they have the LR size they are pack will about the same amount of powder as the shorts and hence sound about the same but they do not have enough recoil to eject and/or load the next round . In a marlin 60 it gets even worse , it ejects halfway most of the time which means it gets stuck with the incoming round and you have to manually un-jam the whole thing. From what i gather they do not work well in any semi auto rifles. Other than that they are fine and i still buy CCI rounds but the correct ones . Again this low rating is about the no warning on the subject

no FTF no FTE always goes bang. great quality compared to some competition. my first recommendation for any .22 semi auto calibers. i prefer the CCI Stinger for higher velocity and also the slight high recoil helps cycle the bolt on my 10/22. overall my fav company when it comes to .22lr

CCI makes only quality ammo. It is pricey but they also make a wide variety. I am making it my sight in ammo for precision shooting. I buy cheaper stuff for anything else.

I am writing this in regards to the CCI subsonic rounds. Over all these are the best all purpose 22 rounds you will find. No issues with cycling or miss fires. Also a bang on round for accuracy to meet all your small game hunting needs.

I am used to the Remington 22 LR subsonic, which I think are excellent. I shot 50 rounds of this brand at 10-20 meters and I find the Remington brand to be more accurate from my bolt-action scoped Remington 22 rifle.

From 5-50 yards it has mushroomed excellently. Average hunting shot distance has been within 25yards where it has anchored 3 different 15lb animals and many smaller ones. Having used high velocity before i am now completely switched as i have seen better on game proformance with the Sub Sonic HP within the ranges i am typically shooting. Amazing energy transfer. Just remember... no matter what ammo, shot placement is most important

I was using another product exclusively and was satisfied, however it only provided it's subsonic capabilities to 0 - 5 degrees C. CCI subsonic at 1050 fps, provides me with subsonic capabilities to -15 degrees C. Not only that, but CCI is half the price, and there haven't been any FTF or FTE's. Have switched over to CCI.

Good Price! Only complaint would beWebsite is a little clunky. says "in stock" so you fill out all of the payment and shipping info just to find out there's "insufficient inventory". Very frustrating!

CCI Stingers come with a 32 grain bullet at 1640 fps. You advertise them with 40 grain bullet and 1050 fps subsonic. Unless CCI has ruined that round down to what you advertise you are wrong.

I sighted in my savage a22 with federal american eagle ammunition. After I ran out of those I switched over to these. My groupings were extremely similar at 100yrds. There are noticably quieter and cycle just fine. Perfect for a person just getting into shooting

This is my go-to hunting 22lr ammo. It seems to be very consistent and accurate in various rifle and is only slightly louder than the CCI Quiet.
