Charles Daly 202 Over/Under 28" 12 Gauge Shotgun 3" Break Open, Brown – 930.197

My gun is marked "Catma - Made in Turkiye". And "Chiappa Firearms - Dayton OH" (importer). The only marking related to Charles Daly is on the underside of the receiver where it has the CD logo. The pros and cons need to be assessed in the context of this price range. Overall, per my 4 star rating, I think it is a pretty good deal for less than $500. Receiver is silvered but not shiny or brushed stainless. It has a frosted appearance and the bird scene is blackened. Pros: Nice wood, bluing

These shotguns are a great value for over/under guns. I actually bought a set of them; 12 gauge and 20 gauge. The fit on both of them was extraordinary, considering I shot them right out of the boxes. I am not considering altering them in any way. I have not had a chance to pattern them yet but shooting a 1 1/8 oz. loads of #9 shot in the 12-gauge imp. cylinder choke tube smoked the clay targets. Excellent gun for the money. Honestly I can say this shoots just as well as my 3000 dollar browning.
