The Rhino revolver design features a lower bore axis compared to other revolvers. This means the barrel is directly in line with the shooters hand, wrist and arm. This results in almost no muzzle rise and, because energy is better absorbed and controlled by the entire arm, it reduces the amount of recoil felt by the shooter. In addition, the alignment also gives the shooter a more natural point of aim. Shoot it and feel the difference.

1 year agoEverything you've read re: the bottom-cylinder/low bore axis is true. Given that short barrels do no justice to the .357 magnum cartridge, I carry w/terminal-performance optimized 38 special. But even heavy .357s are exceptionally light-feeling through this revolver. On paper It is no less accurate than my 4"-barrel Kimber. Carries flat and comfy, and for me it points true -- I am cross-eye dominant, and front-sight-only shooting 7-10 yards gets me life-applicable prints on the silhouette. Comfort and joy from stem to stern.
