BENJAMIN
1 year agoAfter multiple attempts with Sig, FN, DDM and S&W I decided to drop the money on a CA-10. It has been almost a year and I felt obligated to leave proper feedback. This weapon is absolutely incredible! Light, extremely well built and very very accurate. It took me a while to dial in the ballistic recipe so I decided to call Christensen to ask their opinion on projectile recipe for the best accuracy. On my previous 308 platforms the best were 165-178gr projectiles. My CA-10 18” absolutely loves 150-155 gr projectiles. At 100m I’m consistently grouping under .75” and at 200m a max spread of 1.3” The only other platform I liked was the Sig 716 dmr... but the weight was almost 4lbs heavier. Do yourself a favor and spend the money now vs wandering in the desert of mediocre weapons that I did.
