When you are hunting deep in the backwoods, on the prairie or in the mountains, your rifle is one of your most precious assets. You need a rifle with the utmost accuracy and reliability, without it being too heavy. Christensen Arms has provided an answer to these demands with the Ridgeline series of hunting rifles. This Ridgeline .7MM REM MAG could be considered to be the pinnacle of hunting rifles featuring a lightweight carbon fiber composite sporter stock and a 416R stainless steel carbon fiber wrapped barrel. These attributes give the rifle a weight of just 6.3 to 6.8 pounds. Another admirable quality of the Ridgeline is its match-grade accuracy with a sub-MOA guarantee, this is helped by its adjustable Trigger-Tech trigger with a light pull weight of just 2.5 to 3.5 lbs. To ensure the utmost reliability, Ridgeline rifles uses systems that have already been proven to be effective, such as the M16 style extractor. The receiver also come with an enlarged ejection port, and magnum calibers come with a dual ejector.
In addition to its lightweight and pinpoint accuracy, the Ridgeline Rifle series is equally versatile. It’s available in 20 different chamberings, from the nimble flat shooting 22-250 Remington to the raw long range stopping power of the 300 PRC. The multitude of different chamerings gives the Ridgeline a higher range of applications when compared to other rifles in its class.

Ejection issues! Other than that, it seems like a decent rifle. I have seen a lot of people having issues with their CA rifles too!

I purchased a ridgeline 6.5 prc. The fit a finish is good. I did have to remove a glob of epoxy bedding material from the area infront of the recoil lug which was touching the barrel. I did have to wipe clean the action due to excess release agent left on the action. The action screws were torqued to 45lbs (they say on the web site they should be @65lbs, so i re torqued to spec. The action is a bit sticky and really close to the scope when working the bolt. I mounted a leupold vx 5hd 3-15x44

I purchased my ridgeline from the Marana spprtsmans. My new 6.5 prc ridgeline is a nice rifle very lite 8.6 lbs with leupold scope mounted. Fit and finish is very good. I found no chips or scratches. The barrel is floated and sits in the barrel channel straight. The action screws needed torqed to the proper apecs, and i needed to remove a glob of epoxy from infront of the recoil lug which was contacting the barrel. My rifle came with a thread protector and a radial brake. I followed the barrel

This gun is awesome. I bought the 300 RUM and it shoots amazing. Recoil is more like a 30-06, so it is very pleasant to shoot. Light weight and good looking.

Bought a 300 win mag. Love the gun it is a tac driver at 800 yards. Low recoil makes it a pleasure to shoot.

I bought this in 300 wsm and love it. Mine shoots sub-moa with almost every load I put in it. Follow the break in instructions and you will not be disappointed in the results.

Purchased the ridgeline stainless, black w/silver web. Nice rifle in 7 rem mag. It's light for long distance carry and I installed a Burris Eliminator III laser scope so it's around 8 + lbs. Still breaking in barrel PER Christensens barrel break in procedures but last 2 shots I was 1" at 220 yards. Still have a little more to go on break in. Nice muzzle to help reduce recoil. I might sell my 2 browning XBOLTS in 30-06 and buy another Ridgeline, 30-06 burnt bronze....

This gun is light weight and highly accurate. After using the Christensen break in process, the gun is consistently achieving sub MOA results. At 100 yards the groups are coming in consistently at less than 1/2" using Hornady precision 162 Gr match ammo. long range shots out to 700 yards are also very impressive. The brake does a great job in reducing the amount recoil. Trigger is adjustable is very predictable and smooth. Overall, A great hunting rifle that I plan to use for many years.

Best rifle I’ve ever owned!! The action, the trigger, the stock, the accuracy what else can I say. The only thing you need to remember is with the muzzle brake on is it’ll blow out your ears drums while hunting. My Ridgeline is chamber in a 7mm magnum. Very light recoil and I mean light. You will not be disappointed with your groups either.

So far so good. Just finished the 50 rounds of recommended break in firing and cleaning. Rifle was shooting under a inch. Now I am going to perfect a few rounds to get that grouping even better. Very light and doesn’t kick at all for a 7mm mag.

This is a fantastic firearm. The folks at Christiansen arms produce a high quality, near custom hunting rifle. In fact this rifle is so good, I switched from a similarly priced rifle made in Wyoming. The rifle fits very well in your shoulder and the carbon fiber stock and barrel make it exceptionally lightweight. Topped with quality glass and mounts, makes this rifle a true shooter. I would recommend a Christiensen Arms side baffled muzzle brake if you intend to shoot prone as this thing will blow dust in your face, regardless of caliber.
