Cimarron Thunderer .45 Long Colt Single Action Revolver – CA346
The Thunderer, a full-sized Model P, peacemaker style single action revolver that was designed by Cimarron founder and president Mike B. Harvey and made on the Old Model (pre-1896) frame and “bullseye” ejector head. However, as a departure from the traditional peacemaker-style arm, this six-shooter utilizes the natty birds head grip. The compact 3.5” barrel makes this a superb single action carry revolver.

1 year agoThis is a beautiful gun. The action is smooth and has a nice substantive, solid feel in your hand. There is nothing like those 4 clicks when you pull back the hammer. The bird head grips have a nice dark stain which really adds to the gun's beauty. It shoots accurately with the kick one would expect from a .45 long colt. I love this gun.

1 year agoVery well made gun. Fun to shoot and quick outta the holster because of the short barrel. If you enjoy owning and shooting cowboy action guns you need to add this shorty to your collection…Well done Mike Harvey!!!

1 year agoThe grip is horrible. It is 80 grit sandpaper rough and tears my skin up bad. It also acts like Velcro to my shirt, ensuring that my ‘concealed’ carry does not remain concealed for long. Selling it today. Never shot it. Also, the 13 round mag spacer broke on day one from a waist high drop in my dining room. That is cheap squirt gun plastic right t...Read More Read more about review stating Not a conceal carry option

1 year agoSlightly bigger & heavier than than some of the micro 9'sout now but it has good capacity, good ergonomics, & one of the best striker fired triggers on the market.

1 year agoWhy buy this for 56299 when you can buy the same thing for five four nine nine nine and get four 13rd mags and one ten round mag?

1 year agoI love this gun - I have the Shield, but the Plus is so much better. Excellent gun, easy to carry, and it's my daily carry weapon. Excellent value for money!!!!

1 year agoThe Shield Plus is definitely a step up from the standard shield. The trigger pull is better, and having a capacity of 13+1 without adding bulk is great.

1 year agoI am very pleased with this weapon minimal recoil accurate very concealable my daughter and wife have fired it and like it too.

1 year agoThe size is perfect for conceal carry; I wish I would have ordered it to be optic ready other than that it's a great pistol. I suppose I can order an optic ready slide.

1 year agoAlthough the product description did not list it, the gun came with both the standard 10 AND the extended 13 capacity clip which is a BONUS! After several clips of ammo, the pistol performed flawlessly, smooth, and has a great balance in my medium to large (male) hands. Buying another one for a backup ????

1 year agoReliable pistol and great to shoot. Shipped to my LLC quickly. Only issue was if you get the 13+1 they give you a 10 round mag as your second.

1 year agoHad the S&W MP shield before getting this one, not much difference in shape and size, except the double stack mag and no manual safety. More options available it so desired, Great gun, with cheap price and refund from S&W you can't go wrong.

1 year agoThis is an "alright" handgun, But I don't like compact guns This pistol doesn't have the accuracy that my full sized S@W in .40 cal has. I'm adding a green dot optic, and hope that helps. I got this gun for DEFENSE and it's not my first choice in weapons, but it's just OKAY The grips I feel are way too rough and the frame and barrel a...Read More Read more about review stating This is an "alright" handgun,

1 year agoA great firearm. Shot flawlessly right out of the box. Super easy to conceal. Very little recoil for such a small barrel and a smooth trigger.. Just ordered the 15rd mag for it that comes with the Equalizer.

1 year agoI'm relatively new to shooting. The Shield Plus is the second firearm I've owned and shot, but I'm very glad I bought it. It came with a hard plastic case, an EDC kit (knife and flashlight), and 10 and 13 round magazines. The form factor is very comfortable in terms of grip, with a smooth and light trigger pull, and good reset. I really love the n...Read More Read more about review stating I'm relatively new to shooting.

1 year agoI wear an XL glove and this compact 9 fits nicely into my hand. The trigger guard is the perfect size. Despite the grip being slightly smaller than what I expected it is easy to pull out of the holster with finger ready and off the trigger. For me, breakdown is a challenge based on field stripping multiple Glocks. Otherwise excellent weapon.

1 year agoWell balanced and powerful pistol along with enough ammo lethal force that can be concealed carry everywhere.

1 year agoWould definitely recommend. The only downfall is that although it is optic ready, it doesn't come with the optics screw kit for various optics.
